Has anyone seen this “kid”? 6’8" 256 lbs. Good Lord. The only point of comparison I can think of is that this is likely the same size as Shaq at that same age.
Those freakin’ Saudi teams are really good. Rich American oil kids. Best of everything. We lived in England back in the 80’s and my brother played on the England team (these are all US military kids. I was too old and played for the US Navy in a semi-pro league). They do the LL regional tournament in Belgium. The Saudi teams kicked everyone’s ass.

If I was him I’d play football or basketball. Later in his life he may still be huge, but he won’t get the chance to be dominatingly huge like he will now.
I don’t know, if I were his size at age 13 I don’t really think basketball or football would be much fun. No one would be able to defend against him in basketball, and I can’t say I’ve ever seen a 13 year old who can tackle a 286lb guy screaming down the field or jump up and get in the way of him making a reception. Baseball at least offers him some sort of challenge by taking out the individual competition aspect of it (to a degree).
Plus can you imagine having a guy with his reach on first base? Hell, you wouldn’t even have to look before making a throw, anywhere within 10 feet of the bag and he would barely have to lean out to grab it.
