Asia is a big place. Might want to reconsider this statement.
Asian woman from Kazakstan. [/quote]
Point taken, i could and would narrow my viewpoint to asia pacific namely: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Philipinnes and Thailand. Although I will admit that I might be just scarred to Thai women after my stroll through Patpong street.
Now understand that in all cultures, as a whole, the general populous is unattractive for the most part with varying degress of. If we are to only judge the generally attractive subsegment of that populous, I still feel that the strongest outliar for Japan and China wont get me buzzing like Brazil or Sweden for example. BUT some parts of Asia have some extremely hot women at the top of their food chain even though the general population may not be so great. My nods go to Malaysia, India, Lebanon and Kazakstan(thanks to your opening of my eyes)
Varq I am such a fan of your work right now.
I feel like it’s fairly common for a lot of things to list both measurements. Most food packaging lists both. [free]Weights in the gym list both. Speedometers list both. Not literally everything, but fairly common.

One of the most beautiful women I ever met was a half-Chinese, half Minangkabau girl in Bukittinggi, West Sumatra, Indonesia. Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Porcelain skin, eyes the color of caramel, raven hair down to her butt. Met her the first time when she was 19, then again when she was 22, and had come into full bloom. I was 21 and 24 at the time, respectively.
Man, I would have climbed active volcanoes and slogged through tiger-infested jungles for her.
Oh, wait. I did.

OK, Let’s cut the mustard here…Yes, these Women are beautiful, but ‘‘beautiful’’ is an
extremely delicate thing in Human Faces, and if these Women’s eyes or noses were a mere centimeter off
kilter in face symmetry or size, they would be butt ugly or ‘‘average’’ looking at best.
And this isn’t even including the MAKEUP they wear!
So the truth is, and whatever Varqanir shows you ‘rubbing it in’
and repeatedly trying to prove a point about racial beauty or whatever,
it’s ultimately all a fucking ILLUSION.
Hacking away at the mustard, while completely missing the point.
At least you’re consistent.
Well, ‘beauty’ is part of what you were talking about anyway…What, all these Asian women you decided
to post up were old hags?
And would you have adored this half-Chinese, half Minangkabau girl you met if she looked like Michelle Obama
but had the same identical Mind, Personality, EVERYTHING as this half-Chinese, half Minangkabau girl?
She may have been stunning looking, but the truth is, all she did was just win the gene pool lottery and made ZERO
effort to look like she did other than what women generally do to look attractive…she got lucky to
look that way and she will age just like the rest of us.
it’s all about looks with us Men…heh.
The point of my posting the pictures of the women had more to do with demonstrating that “Asia” is a big place, and someone declaring that he “doesn’t like Asian women” is selling himself short if his idea of “Asia” only encompasses eastern China, Korea, Japan and Vietnam, as it does in the minds of most Americans.
As I had no idea of Waittz’ taste in women, I merely found women that I considered attractive, but who had features that were not typically East Asian. Yes, my idea of beauty may be subjective, but evidently it was an idea that was shared by Waittz, inasmuch as he complimented me on my choice.
As it happens, I was attracted to the Indonesian girl for a variety of reasons, her beauty being one of them. To a twenty-one year old man, it would have sufficed, but her intelligence, her kindness, and her good nature were also instrumental in my being attracted to her. Incidentally, she wore no makeup, and was clad in a t-shirt, cutoff jeans and a pair of flip-flops when I met her. And she still looked better to me than any other girl in town.
Would I have been as attracted to her if her beautiful mind were locked in a crooked, cockeyed, snaggle-toothed body? Probably not. Call me shallow, but that’s the way it is for twenty-one year old men.
Female physical beauty, which can to some extent be quantified by metrics such as symmetry of facial features, bone structure, luster of hair, clarity of skin, shape and symmetry of breasts, and dimensional proportions, is a powerful indicator of good genetics and high fertility, which millions of years of natural selection (if you believe in such things) has developed the male brain to identify and process in a microsecond. The subjectivity of beauty corresponds, oddly enough (or perhaps not, if we recall the myth of Narcissus), to how closely the woman in front of you resembles you.
In short, whether we realize it or not, we are attracted to women who our brains tell us will give us lots of beautiful children who look like us.
Which is only fair. Women are attracted to male beauty as well, which can be measured by similar metrics. True, women select mates from among men who wield power and status, and the material means to provide for them and their offspring long after their beauty fades, but very, very few women will consciously select an ugly man if he doesn’t possess those other attributes, no matter how impressive his mind or personality.
Looks can be deceiving, I got your point early on…And Rob Schneider and Tommy Chong’s pics
may have been put up if Women were here with the same subject…they have Asian heritage as well.
And many americans are still perplexed why the fuck a great many Asians have Spanish surnames,
namely Filipinos…Shit, I’ve ‘quizzed’ many American Born young and proud Filipinos who don’t have
a clue their Country was named after King Philip of Spain after the Conquistadors threw their weight
around over there.
I agree with most of what you said, and Women are attracted to ‘‘Male beauty’’ as you put it.
As far as ‘‘looks’’, we need to thank our lucky stars they are not nearly as shallow when
it comes to that…I have thousands of people pass me up in very busy retail setting, and trust me,
There are many HOT Women with mates that obviously don’t work out and many look like Elvis
Costello after drinking a can of STP Motor Oil…We should be so lucky looking at the opposite sex in that
manner…What was that Brrrrriliant little Comedy with Jack Black and Gwyneth Paltrow?
An addendum: a woman might marry a rich, powerful, ugly man, but she’ll probably be tempted to find a good-looking man to father her children when hubby’s not looking.
But you see, Karado, despite the old saying, beauty is not skin deep. It goes to the bone, and indeed to the genome. All the makeup and clothing in the world can’t hide bad teeth, poor bone structure, asymmetrical facial features, and sallow muscle tone. Nor can it do much to help posture and bearing, all of which get collated and thrown into the processor.
Our perception of, and attraction to beauty is not shallow, but a survival strategy shared by all animals. A peahen will select the peacock with the lushest, most radiant plumage. Not because she likes the pretty colors, but because the ability to maintain extravagant plumage demonstrates reproductive fitness.
Similarly, no man–or woman–is going to consciously select a mate with the idea of producing ugly children. Ugly children are often born, but likely this was in spite of, not as a result of, each parent’s best intentions.
And in any case, the parents probably think their own children are beautiful, despite any amount of objective evidence to the contrary. Demonstrating that beauty is indeed in the eye (or rather, the brain) of the beholder.
Chushin: check your email.

You can say that again…there are many examples.
Demi Moore and Michelle Pfeiffer, arguably among the most attractive actresses
of the 80’s both dated men miles away from The Rob Lowe And Mel Gibson types
of that era, as a matter of fact Demi was actually MARRIED to a guy named Freddy Moore,
(no blood relation, heh), who is about as below average in looks as they come,
And Michelle Dated little geeky Fisher Stevens for a while.
These two Beautiful Women could have been with any Man…But they chose
the unlikeliest of mates…life is funny.
