ike having a sexy soundtrack.

I also like Boney James and Dave Koz too.

You have good taste in music.

Especially for a vampire.

LOL!

I don’t have music when I lift. I’m thinking of getting a dock and MP3 player though.

Oh NO!
Not another training thread!

wait…
wut?

I listen to:

Pump up the Jams Vol 8 for Back and Bi’s
“Eye of the Tiger” for Legs
Cannibal Corpse for Chest and Tris
Lionel Ritchie for Prowler workouts
Guitar Rock for KB workouts
Trance music for steady state cardio
Lambada for dynamic stretching
Jimi Hendrix for static stretching or PNF
“Breaking Up is Hard to Do” for foam rolling
and of course anytime I am isolating the serratus I play Slayer, which should be common sense at this point

Rocky 4 soundtrack
Rammstein
Hammerfall
Within Temptation
Lot’s of Hardcore (of the trance variety)
Oldskool dance

Anything upbeat or a bit aggressive basically.
