When I think of Wonder Woman, I think of this (Figure Pro Erin Stern). I know actresses don’t look like bodybuilders and bodybuilders aren’t actresses, but it would have been nice to have someone that didn’t look so frail play the part.
Also, I’m surprised there haven’t been any Hallowed/wonder woman references yet.
I agree they should actually look the part ie have muscle mass.

Apparently, in one iteration of the movie, they were seriously considering Charisma Carpenter of Buffy/Angel fame.
She has a nice athletic body and a great face.
I concur this Gal whatever is a bit thin. Pretty though. Looks a lot like Natalie Portman.
Reading up on her, she was military, so I presume she can put on some muscle. With the right trainers and dieticians, I think we might be amazed.
Ben Affleck, however, will make the entire movie suck salty balls, so I won’t see it anyway.

Now this is Wonder Woman. I think most people outside of comic readers don’t realize her sheer power. It’s not a pretty girl with magic bracelets and a lasso. She is an Amazon in every sense of the word. The best example would be how Jim Lee drew her. She is not someone you would want to get in a fight with at all, hardly a skinny ribs showing stick girl.
The skinny girl in a costume would be as believable as Val Kilmer as Batman acting tough with his shirt off. BUT, I am willing to give this girl the benefit of the doubt. I remember hearing Heath Ledger was playing the Joker and thinking “The guy from Brokeback Mountain and 10 Things I Hate about You? Geez”…but that turned out quite nicely in the end. So fingers crossed.
