80x1 insufficient data for a good estimate. Machine was spitting out 94kg. No fucking way haha. Closer to 85 IMO.
Squat:
20x3
60x3
100x1
120x1
140x3 E1rm 167kg. (Dirt).
I think I’m heading back into the deadlift everyday realm. Or atleast deadlift most days. Haha.
3 in a row so far. Last time I did this it went for 56? Ish days, then I caught a virus that for all intents and purposes, looked, felt, sounded and completed acted, like Covid…yet multiple negative PCR’s were yielded. Fucked me for a a week and a half over the NYE period. Had to be covid haha. I was a close contact of several people who had tested positive.
Who cares. Didn’t kill me.
I’ve wanted to return to the train every day space ever since. So I guess now I’m there, thanks very much in part to the fucking nut cases on this forum! (@simo74 , @T3hPwnisher mostly!).
I’ll continue to get some conditioning stuff mixed in here and there, but my focus is on mostly lifting heavy shit and doing it as often as I can handle.
I’ll be Deadlifting again today…the body feels good, and the draw to the movement is again finally disgustingly high.
That last run took me to my first 272.5kg/600lb deadlift, which on day one of that run I struggled HARD with 240. Then nailed 272.5kg 30 days later. From there I spent alot of time chasing an even more elusive multi-rep set with 260kg. I didn’t make it. I will this time.
I want 300kg. I need it.
Ahem.
Deadlift:
70x3
110x3
150x2 feeling fast as fuck.
190x2
210x1 way faster than yesterday’s “easy” singles.
230x2. Very quick. Like rpe 8 max. E1rm 250kg today.
Bench:
20x8
60x5
80x3
100x2
110x6
110x3
110x3
110x3
Middle of the road effort and volume today.
Chins:
Bw X 1
Bw X 12 pb
Bw X 10
Good day. Dead’s moving Great. Silky smooth effortless technique. Bench was decent as well.
So the pressing and benching I will be treating as one kind of movement. With a Heavy, Medium, Light Or Hard, Moderate, Easy efforts. With the exercises alternating each day. Yesterday was Heavy/Hard Press, today was medium Bench, tomorrow will be light/easy press, then the next day back to a heavy day, that being with bench.
Deadlifts I’m not sure what I’ll settle on here. Might be heavy/light only. I’ll let that develop. Likely though it will go the same route as pressing movements so we have a nice fatigue pattern. Squats to be done on lighter days and will just alternate heavy light as the frequency will be lower.
I may vary deadlift and squat movements randomly here and there, but the effort pattern will remain in place.

This is going well…
Day 5 Train Every Damn Day.
SSB squats: 22.5kg bar…
22.5x2
62.5x2
102.5x2
122.5x2

Press:
20x8
40x5
60x3
65x7
65x4

Half of 7 is 3.5…hence the 3 and 4 rep backoffs. Haha. Extra 3 reps added in total from last time at this weight.
Deadlift!!

110x1
150x1
190x1
210x1
Easy day today. Silky smooth.

Have had basically no carbs this past two days. So day 3 of no carb craziness. Feeling fucking Bulletproof. Weird. Expecting a crash at some point this week. ![]()
Feeling strong as all fuck though for now.
Oooh this is going to be good. No carbs and still feeling good. You are going to be a machine by the end of the year,
This tracks. No carbs means no insulin spike which means no crash: just steady, consistent stable energy.
That’s how it feels man. Fuck, I trained 4 hours ago.
I’m strongly considering training again when my mate gets here for his session.
heaps of yard work today. Including 3 hours straight of shovelling and Wheelbarrowing garden soil alone. Lol.
Never once felt done. Like at all. And I did it all fasted.
Not intentionally…but when you get on a roll, don’t feel hungry, and don’t feel tired…you just keep going until shit gets done.
Did deadlifts afterwards. Power a little down. ![]()
70x3
110x3
150x2
190x1
190x1
Happy.
Fin.
Felt even better today.
Even the wife noticed during the yard work. Lol. Energizer bunny. Just didn’t stop. Not only that…I had Pace.
Still got energy to burn even now, at 945pm…
I like the sounds of your no carbs/all the energy diet. What are you eating these days?
Mostly meat, eggs, fish, cheese, mayo currently lol.
And Protein shakes.
Actually feeling great.
Going to add some avocados this week.
Checks out dude. It’s exactly what I found when I shaved out the carbs. You may dig reading through Jon Andersen’s “Deep Water” approach to nutrition.
I’m going to check out that mate, cheers.
Training as usual today. Still a little affected from the years work yesty I’d say. Just a little. Probably 12-13kg down on power.
Deadlift:
70x3
110x3
150x2
190x1
210x1
230x1
240x1
Bench:
20x10
60x5
80x3
100x1
120x3
130x1
110x6
Good. Videos later.

Really interested to see how you get on with the daily deadlifts and cool to hear about your success with them before. I’ve always thought about doing some kind of squat everyday routine but never deadlifts!
Check out a guy on the YouTube’s called Ivan Djuric mate. I’ll think you find him interesting! He’s squatted every day for last 885 odd days. And every day has been v-logged.
Thanks for following.
