106.2kg this morning…wow. was circa 108 before Flu.
I’m not dehydrated at all either lol. Appetite still hasnt returned…though I’ve started forcing the issue.
Feeling alot. Body aches all completely gone now. No headache this morning for first time in a week…literally just heavy congestion now. And I think that’s improved also.

Flu: 1/10 would not recommend. Covid literally nothing in comparison.

Can confirm. Normally you see a few guys here and there with it, and some years you dodge it easy as a result. But this year…
Now we’ve lived here nearly 6 years. I’ve never seen so many neighbours struct down.
Both side neighbours have been through it in the last month. And the neighbours on their other sides. A few accross the road too. All in the last month.
But. It is what it is.
I put a few hours into my rear yard Reno’s today in the wind and don’t feel like it hurt me at all today. So I’ve just residual side effects now.
I’ll be training tomorrow. Maybe not full power…but I’ll be back into it with a small Pivot block to re acclimatise.

30kg X 30. Getting the pump in and around the knee joints is the best squat warm up there. Try it.

I don’t think my overall work capacity is going to be down much once fully recovered to be honest. At no point was I tiring, unlike a couple days ago.
Only have a snotty nose and a mild cough now. Again fills more like side effects than symptoms. Feeling good otherwise.
I’ll get back on the bench tomorrow before front squats. Or maybe after, I’m enjoying them despite a bruised ego, throat, front delts, and crazy cramping from all the stretching. Haha.
