Totally. Helicopters don’t have equal weight distribution from front-to-back. Thus, it would get spun right off of that turntable and into a fiery wreck.
Unless, it were somehow secured to the turntable, and therefore obviously no lift would/could occur, and/or the rotational torque forces would tear it apart.
