Im 17 yrs old i will be 18 in a couple of months and this shit im takin has wild yam extract and i read up on it and it says it used for wowmen for unbalanced hormones like during thee menstral cycle should i stop using the stuff or did u just read what its used for
I think Wild Yam is generally sold as “DHEA” or at least a precursor to it. To the best of my knowledge no studies have shown that it gives you the same benefits. Perhaps spend money elsewhere.
