I’m not big on gaming or nintendo ( back when I was a preteen, like most kids I was ), but was lucky enough and got a wii. Not planning to play it much. But what the hell.
Anyways. I understand you can download old games form NEW,SNES, Sega, or even N64 & turbografix. Is there a way to view online the games available and see how many points they require?
View whats available online form my PC, not through the wii. aheemmmm … i still have dialup on my pc.

I spent 20 minutes playing Wii sports golf with one and it is great (I was playing it with my girlfriends father too, who was loving it). I could care less about the PS3 and its exclusive Jap-animu games considering the thing is the size of a Mazda 3 and Sony’s gaming division has been about as competent over the last 5 years as someone in a persistent vegatative state. The Xbox 360 I considered seriously because I think that Live is very polished and well designed, but there aren’t enough games to support it and with something like 1/4 users experiencing failure (even if Microsoft replaces the systems free of charge) it seems like a pretty bad investment.
The Wii is a system I could actually see myself and everyone else I know having fun with, and that’s based on a very short time playing it. I’ve heard the new Zelda game is great and Rayman is pretty fun too, so I’m looking forward to getting one in the next few weeks.
I’m not one for supporting companies, since I think they’re rarely benevolent, but I have a soft spot for Nintendo because of all the things Shiggy has done and I still remember this quote from the head of Nintendo of America:
“One of our competitors is a manufacturer in Japan who wants to capture every one of your entertainment dollars transporting all your content between all of your electronic devices on their memory sticks. We are not that company. And there is another company out there who doesn’t care what you do, as long as you do it on their operating system. We are not that company either.”
I like it. There is a learning curve.
Its not to terribly addicting like my battelfront II on ps2. But its fun. I think once I get acustomed to it, I will play more often.
I have zelda,2nd opinion and marvel ultimate allicance.
