You have already been told you what you needed to hear. Going from 195 @ 13% to 225 @ 11% would require gaining 30 lbs of muscle and NO fat. You can either dirty bulk on an extra 25 lbs of fat and turn around and diet it right off, or just gain a bit slower and not get fat in the first place.

The more fat you carry will increase estrogen sides and make PCT a little tougher. Your call…
explain this a bit more man

and its exactly what i was enquiring about.
in fat tissue lives an enzyme called aromatase, this enzymes sole job is to take free testosterone and switch it to estrogen, which is very similar to begin with. when you have more fat you have more of this enzyme and more chances to have your test switched to estrogen.
the leaner you are the less of this enzyme you carry around.
this is the basics of it anyways

Isn’t the nunmber of fat cells fixed, they just change size?
Brown Adipocytes (fat cells) are fixed and not fixed. They are fixed in the fact that you cannot decrease their numbers, but they are not fixed because they CAN increase. When there is an abudance of lipids stem cells are recruited to form new adipoctyes. When you lose fat they just shrink in size not in numbers, hence why a dirty bulk is not a good idea unless you decide to get liposuction which can remove the actual adipose tissue  Fucking medical exams!!!

aromatase is not only found in fat cells its found in gonads, brain, adipose tissue, placenta, blood vessels, skin, bone, and endometrium. when you gain an excess amount of fat it makes things harder because there are then more sites where it can be found. fat cells are nothing more than energy stores, you dont start off with fat but when you gain it they only really fill and empty to an extent. I am not sure but I think you will still find aromatase in depleted fat stores but you will not find near the amount as you would if they are not depleted. I havent looked into it in a long time so the details are fuzzy to me but I do know the fatter you are the more one sided your hormones are and the more strict you need to be on estrogen control

damnn !! i know a fat ass at my gym he went on a cycle and got huge, then done another cycle months later to cut down, now he is huge and ripped.

but i guess i dont know if he is keeping his gains or never got off cycle or any thing like that.

i thought taking in synthetic test lowers BF and increases lean muscle mass.

can you suggest me specific topics to look into/read or stickies in this board ?

thanks

working hard lowers BF and increases lean muscle.
if diet is off and there is no hard work then adding test will do nothing.

The test in addition to training and diet only allows for a better recovery making the results for the hard work come a little faster and easier.
test is not magic it will not turn you into Adonis it is only a tool, one that has to be used properly
you will hear everywhere " you can not out juice a shitty diet" this is so true.

Hows it going MG! Yeah just been having stressful time for exams in medicine, I think ive passed so will be specialising in endocrinology next year, cant wait! In regards to the recovery, I did a blood test on myself and took it to my lecturer and we tested for all the necessary things free test lh fsh etc etc. Test was low, prolactin was low (probs due to the bromo), fsh and LH were low. That was way back in March, since then ED has improved abit however I dont feel I am there yet, libido is not really there :S I am doing another bloods on myself on monday and will see how that goes! fingers crossed!
