So I made some curry chicken yesterday then threw it in some gladware in the fridge. I started reheating it today in the microwave and the shit blew up. Not the bowl, the chicken. I salvaged most of it but one of the chunks clearly blew up. Why did this happen? How can I keep it from happening again?
