Is it well accepted by anyone of you that 2+2=17?
Please answer this.
Challenge accepted!
If I add two 3.25 degree angles to two 5.25 degree angles, I get an angle equal to 17 total degrees.
My turn (and so you can understand, I’ll avoid religion):
A bear walks ten feet, turns exactly 90 degrees to the right, walks ten feet, turns another 90 degrees to the right, walks a final ten feet and ends up back where he started. What color is he?
Too easy? Given that I just showed you that 2 angles + 2 angles = 17 degrees, prove that a circle is exactly 360 degrees.
Still too easy? If pi is an irrational (unable to be reduced to a fraction) number then why is it defined by the ratio C/d?
How about an older/easier one? Prove the existence of zero.
I said is it well accepted. I like your style though. I’ve got two zeros in my phone number: hows’s that for your last question?
This next part is directed towards anyone who “has a God”
My point is this: 2+2=4 in Japan, in Russia, in Iraq, and even in Alabama. We all accept it to be true becuase it is. Jesus, and Mohamed and, Zeus, and, Krishna are all opinions or theories, and all of the people who follow their chosen fable belive that theirs is the correct one. We are all supposed to be very respectful of everyones beliefs eventhough they are all differnt.
Well in Mississippi we belive 2+2=46 in China we think it is 7. This would not fly and people would never pretend to respect other peoples opinions when they are obviously wrong. Religion gets a pass from reality though because it makes people feel nice about themselves.
If you belive your religion is right and your neighbor who is a jew or musslim or christian believes his is right, obviously someone is wrong, you can’t both be right if you believe differnt things!!! There can be only one true answer to all of the questions that you pretend to know the answers to, and odds are you and all of your fellow god lovers don’t have ANY of the right answers.
You don’t have any facts about the origin of the universe or what happens after you die. Neither do I. The differnce between Religious people and me and people like me is that I don’t pretend I know to make myself feel better. I am content knowing that I just don’t know, and that is OK.
