I lift to make my penis bigger.

Does that work? Arnold said to hang a 10lb plate from your penis to make it bigger. Must be true. He said it. Has to be true.

Hey Rockscar, did you also know that you can “get big” without ever bulking up or eating big? It takes like 20 years but who cares… you’ll still have a six pack.

I actually know somebody who claims to have slept with Arnold in the 80’s. She said he has a really small dick.

Maybe she just has a really massive vagina.

She’s lying. She either didn’t sleep with him or what Prof X said.

Actually Arnold looked pretty well hung to me… What? Yeah I said it. You can actually see Arnold’s dong in the movie “The Terminator”… when he’s naked and walking up to those 3 guys with the telescope and steals the ones clothes; his dong is clearly visable and bouncin all over the place. Oh boy, the vcrs and dvd players will be getting used tonight. Can’t believe I just released that information.
I always wondered why my mom loved watching the terminator. Now I know.

I think a lot of guys lift for different reasons, but one of them is to try and impress other guys. I think they want to walk around and have other guys say damn I wish I was that big or for intimidation.

Over the last couple years talking to lots of women at work, they almost all tell me they don’t want a guy who is big or really ripped. They want someone who they can put their arms around and has some softness to them and they can get their arms around. That is why most women like Brad Pitt, Ryan Reynolds, etc they are fit and not really big.

I lift because I like doing it, makes me feel better about myself and keeps me from getting hurt while playing hockey, lacrosse, boxing, etc

I had a geometry teacher who claimed she wanted a soft man. She was extremely overweight and simply not fuckable by any means. Therefore, I could care less what she finds attractive. How do these women look and is their opinion worth giving a shit about?
I think girls, especially young girls would rather have a less attractive mate than themselves because it makes them more confident about their body. I’ve had girls tell me they perfer a guy with a little pot belly, then admit they want to be the better looking person in the relationship but it makes them less self conscious. My girlfriend has told me this straight up after some persuasion. She isn’t the only one. I think is stems from massive influence in the media to make women think they have to look a certain way and they have a very poor body image.

I don’t know how to say it any better, other than baretta is right on the money. don’t ever date a woman that you look better than. go after the prettiest woman you can get or “afford”. It will pay off trust me. The woman will have a field day with you if you look better than she does. I have siad too much… time for me to go. I have some better things to talk about like strength to mass ratio of the total volume lifted and how load is the most important factor, not volume…

if a guy is a guy he wont look better than his girl

In my entire day, there is nothing I will have more control over than my time in the gym.

That’s not why I first walked into a weigh room, but I’ve come to realize that it’s one of the reasons I enjoy it so much.

You must shave with foam!(Dan John article referrence) I’ve been doing this so long that I make people criticize me so I’ll keep going.

I enjoy, but I definitly don’t go for control. I’m in control of everything. There must be a lot of will left on your can. I always shaved with gel… I’m a moron!

I tried to keep it simple, but now I’m forced to explain. I’m the lone I.T. guy at a school. I can’t control how my day will go: what machine will break down, what people will have trouble. I have to respond when people need me; it’s my job, so I’m not complaining. Marriage is compromise, but I love my wife, so I’m not complaining.

In the gym I do what I want to do at my pace and without reference to other people. I value that time.

i love being the Alpha Male

thats why

I started lifting about 10 years ago because I wanted to look better for the chicks.
On and off over the years I have lifted for different reasons.
Just recently I injured myself pretty badly and started rehab.
Im still not 100% but can can now overhead press and bench over my body weight squat 1 1/2 my body weight and dead more than twice my body weight and I dont do it for the chicks (Im married with 2 kids) I do it just to be strong!
