That was thrown out as correlation. Vitamin D levels don’t necessarily have anything at all to do with getting sick. In my case (and others, I’m not the only one), taking D3 will make me sick. There are no universals.
There’s simply not enough evidence to throw it away as only correlation.
But I understand if someone can’t take vitamin D at certain levels. But for most of us, we just don’t get enough vitamin D without supplements.
Here’s just one study fwiw:
https://www.bumc.bu.edu/busm/2020/09/25/adequate-levels-of-vitamin-d-reduces-complications-death-among-covid-19-patients/
I agree with this. The problem is that people don’t go outside, and if they do, they slather on sunblock (Sunscreen, depending on where you are) and block the ability to get it naturally. It doesn’t take much in normal people to have plenty of Vitamin D naturally, but these days nobody does that. I’m personally convinced that sunblock does way more harm than possible good, and I do mena possible, becasue they are inventing the benefit out of thin air without serious evidence.
Will do. Something promising about the NP from SKR, she actually tests for D, which is new for me.
Ive heard vitamin D lower shbg too, which probably isnt a good thing for us that are already low shbg.
I stopped referring her and actually bitched her out lately. She put one guy on 80mg a week. Another guy with E2 of 40 was prescribed an AI. Idiots! Never again.
Wasn’t aware of that one. I’ll look into it.
Just to run a couple of weeks with very little vitamin D supplementation to see if it has any significant impact on libido Is not a bad thing. Once you have determined the end result you can go right back to supplementing. It’s only a short-term test to demonstrate the possibility of something, that’s all.
Ok… your wife should not be dictating your health or your sex life. Make your own decisions.
Says no one in front of their wife, LOL.
LOL, bit of a stretch. I’m fairly certain she was just trying to help by recommending we take D3. She wouldn’t have known about the possible effect it might have on E2.
That went south fast… I haven’t even had an appointment yet and already no good lol? I believe she was also the main referral for TruBalance as well.
The industry fucking sucks up here. I tried Deerfields in TO a couple months back and decided not to get involved after the sales pitch for bio identical cream. All my problems can be solved by using bio identical cream. Any side effects I have are because I don’t use cream. Any questions I had were answered with… bio identical cream.
Well, I live in Florida, get plenty of sunlight, don’t wear sunblock unless I know I’ll be in the sun for over an hour, and I had really low Vitamin D levels.
I work in a hospital, am around sick people, and I don’t get sick(knock on wood). After taking 10,000 IU/day of D3, My vitamin D levels are high, but not crazy high.
@equel I don’t suppose that you or your friends could find it in your hearts to take down those Danny Bossa hate threads on Reddit? I’ve had two potential business clients (nothing having to do with TRT) go cold on me after Googling my name and seeing those at the top of the page. Anything that could be done here? I really would appreciate it and if there is anything I could do for you in return please let me know.
I’m pretty positive if you take an AI 0,5mg EOD for 30 days he will delete it, sorry for the joke man, I hope you guys fix this misunderstood
Peace guys
Hahahahaha! Yeah… Anything BUT that? ![]()
The TRT game is apparently serious shit, holy fuck…
I know this is an old post, but what do you do for low Cortisol? My cortisol is so low it’s below the normal range. I’m getting testsed for adrenal insufficiency in a few days. What are my options if it turns out I have adrenal inssufiency or if I don’t?
I’m sure the endo will give me some options but I’ve come to really distrust doctors so I want some other opinions as well.
I finally decide to send a message to @equel about it and the freakin’ guy hasn’t been on in 4 days lol
