Eh, he’s more of a Euro-Welfare state socialist-type-thingy. I haven’t seen him espousing the Labor Theory of Value or anything.

He seems more like a fascist, with the merger of cooperate and state. GM is a great example of this.

I don’t understand this. I voted for Obama, but I do not like the policies he has put in place. My girlfriend was in her political science class the other day and the teacher asked who voted for obama? Just about everyone raised their hands, but when she asked who is going to vote for him next time, not a single hand went up…
but all I keep hearing is that our opinions are straight out of the extreme right… we are clearly brain washed by Fox news…
I do not think the dissatisfaction is just coming from the right, I would vote for a better candidate , but if the Republicans put up another John McCain or Bob Dole they will lose again
Right now is a tough time the economy is in the toilet , Obama is owning that. The housing market was the culprit of the economic FUBAR

The sheeple voted for who the mass media told them to just like always. I knew they would all along.
Couple that with the millions that voted for him just becasue he’s black, and that’s how we got the Obama administration.
I think the Sheeple can not make up their mind , is he Muslim or Bad Christian , which is it ?
The sheeple don’t want to do what intelligent people do , rule out all unnecessary questions.
He is an atheist. He has no morals, and no principles whatsoever. Now an atheist can have morals but the fact that Obama simply acts with expediency indicates a man who has no morals. He also hasn’t been to church since taking office. He only went to Pastor Wright’s church to get the support of the black community (which is kind of racis). It therefore seems likely that he’s an atheist.

They didn’t listen to you or I, or anyone else talking sense. Why would they when they were hearing about all the “hope and change” from NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, MSNBC the New York Times, Time magazine, Newsweek and all the other liberal media outlets that were working hard to put Obama in the White House.
And, they will work hard to keep him there too. If the republicans put up anyone other than a mega-star we’re doomed with another 4 years of Mr. Lefty.
Yeah Zeb, that’s right I remember.
As far as what flavor of anti American leftist ideology Obama precisely embraces? All I know is they are all about liberation theology at that website and church and from my long ago dip into researching liberation theology I learned it was marxism wrapped in Christian terminology.

Exactly, and what the mainstream liberal media did so very well was to shield all of that from the typical American voter. Do you really think that Obama would be sitting in the oval office today if they had dogged him, as they did Palin, on these very things? The good part at least is that through his own actions, policies etc. he is proving himself to be exactly what he is, out of touch with mainstream America. We will still need a star to run against him as the media will put forth a picture of Obama which is in stark contrast to the truth. Basically attempting to tell the voter that everything they witnessed over the previous few years was in their imagination.
The absolute best thing about these threads is the delusional opposition to Obama who apparently believe the next candidate against Obama will somehow be in touch with mainstream America and set it on a track to recovery and growth.
What delusional fucking twilight zone do you people dwell in? How do you get broadband connection in Bizarro World?
Have you all ignored the past 30 years of politics?
Do you truly believe some knight on a white horse is going to come riding in on his noble steed to take the election in 2012 and in doing so benefit YOU in any fucking way?
It’s truly comical.
News flash: Democrats are incompetent assholes out of touch with common Americans.
News flash: Republicans are incompetent assholes out of touch with common Americans.

Took me all of 5 seconds to Google this.
But since President Obama took office a year ago, his faith has largely receded from public view. He has attended church in the capital only four times, and worshiped half a dozen times at a secluded Camp David chapel. He prays privately, reads a "daily devotional’’ that aides send to his BlackBerry, and talks to pastors by phone, but seldom frames policies in spiritual terms. http://www.urbanchristiannews.com/ucn/2010/02/since-taking-office-president-obama-keeps-his-faith-private.html

Obama can’t find a pastor to curse America and blame the white man for every ill under the sun. So he prays by himself…what for, only he knows…

There are many clips of GW Bush talking about God and the Bible. In fact, he was soundly ridiculed by the liberal media for his many mentions of God early in his administration.
The only video I’ve ever seen of Obama talking about the Bible was when he was making fun of it. It’s on youtube if any care to see it. Funny how the media doesn’t care when someone mocks the Bible, but attacks someone who displays a Christian base. I have no idea what is inside of a mans heart, but if I had to take a guess from what I’ve seen so far I think that the only thing Obama worships is the guy that looks back at him in the mirror.

I’m always grateful for members like you who dedicate entirely too much time recording Fox, uploading Fox, and basically lopping Glenn Beck’s balls on their chin.
How many love letters do you send Glenn on a regular basis?

Neither candidate Obama or his Pastor are white and/or republican. Question answered.
What was the opening line in that AP story about Beck’s rally? Something like “…a predominately WHITE (zomg! call the National Guard!) audience…”
I bet that ‘journalist’ locked himself/herself away (don’t remember) in an impromtu emergency-diversity-training session (to repel the surely soon to march predominately white audience), before realizing that his/her fellow session participants were predominately white.
I know numerous people (esp teachers) who happily voted Obama and yet, if I asked them about Obama’s background and associates, they either dismissed this with a wave of the hand or said the Republicans were playing dirty. Yet, the Youtube vids are there. It wasn’t some secret knowledge. It just didn’t matter to them.
When we hire a new teacher, their background is investigated, they get fingerprinted, and so on. We are very careful (had a female teacher banging with one of our FB players years ago, so we’re even more careful now). Yet POTUS requires very little thought?
I am still bewildered by my fellow Americans.

Most don’t think, period. also 40% will vote one way or another no matter who the candidate is. 20% will go between parties.

Why the hell you voted for him in the first place stuns me. His policies were clearly spelled out and his voting record or voting present was out in the open. People need to get a good grasp on the why.

And he had majorities in the house and senate. It doesn’t matter what the republicans think or say, or it shouldn’t matter.
