I don’t have the exact numbers, but while on TRT (Nebido) my TT, FT and SHGB all raised.
I was under the assumption that while on TRT, SHGB will lower

Have you changed exercise programs or diet?
My SHBG increases on TRT as well, I have diabetes. Mine has steadily increased 11 pre-TRT to 18 and continues to increase.
Low SHBG is associated with metabolic syndrome and insulin insensitivity, so high SHBG isn’t a bad thing as long as Free T is high enough.
Nope
Do you have any idea why your SHGB raises on TRT. Is it maybe a receptor issue or androgen receptor insensivity. I.e. the receptors can’t handle the extra Free T so SHGB binds more to T to protect the receptors for too much free T?
I’ve seen it go up in guys, I would not say it’s uncommon. For the most part, if it does drop it is not a significant decrease. Many elements to SHBG are involved and it is doubtful your increase was caused by TRT. Mine stayed in the mid 20 and does not vary more than 10%.
What were/are your levels?
Very possible it is lower, at least lower than it would have been without the TRT. You’re using a very long ester tho and it takes weeks to build up
Diabetes suppresses SHBG, resistance at the cellular level, by correcting the high glucose SHBG increases, but not as much as increasing testosterone naturally.
I’ve seen my SHBG as high as 24 on TRT before, so naturally without TRT my SHBG would be higher if not on TRT without diabetes.
