That’s a female chimp, hairless. Massively muscled, check out how the vascular the forearms are. I don’t even wanna know what the 200 pound male chimp that’s in the news would look like hairless…
Just wanted to point out that some monkeys and chimps DO eat each other after killing an enemy in combat for territory… I dont think they all do, but I have seen atleast two different ones do it on nat geo…
I get a kick out of the internet badasses talking about taking a chimp… good luck with that, and whoever said something about a gorrila pulling a tree out of the ground, they had a film of that in a biology class I had years ago… its freaking crazy…
I like the rhino that flips cars, but has anyone seen / heard of the elephant that does the same thing??

Im calling bullshit on that one. Monkeys dont know jiu jitsu.
Monkeys don’t have hand grenades, or understand the finer points of a punji pit.
I’d say we nuke them from orbit, it’s the only way to be sure.

Looking at the arms on them, I actually hate to think what their grip strength is like, which I had’nt thought of before.

I have wondered why they are so strong myself, one thing I thought of could be their muscle density, perhaps it’s quite a bit more than human muscles.
Honestly, there are some bodybuilders that have bigger muscles than a gorilla, but there’s no way they could match it’s strength, there’s something fundamentally different about their muscles IMHO.

Er, I think it’s a female mate. Interesting idea though. Does that make pro female BB’s just smaller guys with a bit of gyno???
Okay, who’d win in a fight between 100 roid raged midgets against one pissed off male chimp?
D

From the female BBs I’ve seen, the dudes with gyno are more well endowed.
So I guess that makes male BBs giant women with small tits?
That was a joke.

LMAO
Absolutely hilarious!!
I’m not impressed.
There was a dude in SAMA a couple years back who ripped a stop sign out of the ground. So there’s that.
As for taking on a grizzly bear, Gene Moe fucked up a grizzly bear when he was 69 (his age, not his technique).
I’m pretty sure I could take out a chimp. I’d at first be pretty nonthreatening, say hi, do the usual, and then I’d offer him a smoke. Nothing big, just two guys hanging out. I’d do the same that night.
I’d stay a little bit later, getting him to smoke a couple in the morning and evening, and so condition him to smoke.
Then I’d just start leaving packs of marlboros around.
Ten years later, when he’s dying of cancer, I’ll point and mock him as a final moment of betrayal. Oh, and I’ll have won.
You guys just don’t have any imagination.

Ya know… he had a knife and was lucky as hell but props to him man. Tough as shit!
lol on the death by addiction. You could also shoot her with a blow gun loaded with the date rape drug from afar and get some action before you take the chimp out. How’s that for imagination? ![]()
id personally rather just see a raging chimp come at a guy as the guy pulls an indian jones and puts one shot in him and goes on about his bussiness…
Chimps have huge pulling strength, but I wounder what their pushing strength is like considering they never have many activities where they need to push stuff.

They don’t need pushing strength. They just get on the other side and pull.
So the secret to super natural strength is banana?s and not carrotz?
Chimps are so strong because they have a cousin in the DR who gives them shots of Boli a couple of times each month.

The recent chimpanzee attack in Connecticut made me wonder about some of the things I’ve heard about chimp strength. I have read that even small chimps (90-160 lbs) are able to easily deadlift hundreds of pounds with one hand, and can literally tear a human being apart.
Do any of you know just what about their biology makes them so strong?
A study done a few decades ago had a female chimp over ~100 pounds lift almost 1000 pounds with one arm.
Their joint/muscle/bone insertion is superior to ours, their bones are larger and more robust and their muscle mass is much more refined.
I know that a gorilla weighs between 300-450 pounds and they can hang on to a branch with one arm and hoist themselves up. That is some sick power. Chimps are the same way. Remember that we supposedly evolved when the weaker and more intelligent “pre-human” separated from the stronger, dumber counter part.
It could also be that our brain requires much more energy than an ape’s because our brain is so large and complexe. That energy can be used to create muscle if it is not used for the brain.
Supposedly they also have slightly different muscle properties.
It’s definitely very interesting.
