Whole milk is better. And better for you. I currently am drinking raw organic goat milk. Great stuff, tons of vitamins, cla, healthy calories and proteins. Processed milk just doesnt compare to raw milk. If you can find some definitely check it out!
Do you buy directly from a farmer?
We got raw milk from a local farm when I was a kid. It had a bit of a gamey taste. I didn’t mind the taste. And I tell you something. Raw milk NATURALLY “processes” itself into super-heavy cream, cream, lowfat milk, and skim milk. We had strict instructions to shake well before pouring, but somehow the last third of the jar was always skimmer than skim. LOL.
I think Raw Milk (unpasteurized straight from the farm) is your best bet (I always gravitate towards the least processed product) but the stuff you’ll find in the store is not going to kill you. As many people have stated before your choice of what kind to get really depends on your diet. Also, raw milk may be illegal for sale in your state so that may not be an option.
If you are lean and trying to bulk whole milk is great.
I haven’t used anything other than whole milk in a couple years (aside from the RARE occasion when at somebody’s house or something), and I don’t think it’s made me fat…hell, I did GOMAD for about 4 months and had visible abs the whole time. It’s just about the rest of your diet being intelligent, there’s no one magic food.
Whole, dont be a pussy.
I drink 2% but its only cuz I get it free from work. But whole is where its at.The further away from original product the more processed the product becomes.
