A couple videos of Ronda Rousey training with some men. Both of these guys look like they are holding back to make it interesting/not hurt her. That’s not to say that she couldn’t kick the average guy’s ass. She might even beat a trained guy occasionally with a quick submission or fortuitous punch. But it’s not like she’d be a force in men’s MMA.
The other thing that can’t be ignored here is that the real world doesn’t have weight classes. The average man is probably more that 50% heavier than the average woman. The lean body mass discrepancy is higher. There is also a training deficit. It may have come down in recent years, but still a lot more men are paying attention to how to fight than women are.
