If absolutely necessary I will read your article and section , but I believe we are back to being a democracy and if the Majority of Americans would want a Government Run Health care system are you telling me the Constitution would forbid this [/quote]
Youâre going to come to PWI have never read the Constitution? Thatâs the problem. Idiots like you donât understand the difference between a democracy and a republic, so you think we can just vote in whatever policy the majority approves of. The law be damned.

I understand your point, your post did not teach me anything , if you read it it agrees with me , America is both
To all of you Ron Paul fans:
I suggest you seriously look at Gary Johnson.
When he was gov. of New Mexico he was the real deal⊠as in he shrunk the size and scope of government⊠not just cut stuff he didnât like, and funnel money to his pet projects and friends, and lower taxes while creating budget shortfallsâŠ
âŠalso⊠heâs younger and (today at least) sharper than Paul. I think heâd do better in a general than Paul would, despite the current name ID gap.
I can understand being a small government conservative. I have no problem reducing the size of the Federal Government. What I canât see is voting for people who are completely unqualified for the job. Palin doesnât have the training, education, experience to lead anything, much less the entire U.S of A. Teasing aside how can you possibly consider voting for someone this ignorant?
Also, I think it is completely relevant to look at what people believe. If someone can honestly look at what science says about biology, geology, genetics, and cosmology and still think the world is 6,000 years old I question their ability to understand the reports about Iranâs nuclear program. The mere fact that people think science is irrelevant to this issue, while worrying about what a 2,000 year dead Rabbi would doâŠmanâŠscary stuff.

I read the constitution , just recently as a matter of fact. But I must admit I did not memorize it.
I found the constitution placed limitations on what Government could do , I did not see that it could thwart the will of the people , I asked if the people wanted public health care , where does the constitution forbid it ?

AndâŠ? Come on. These answers are almost monosyllabic. You can do better. Try again. Obama has done more since he was elected than Bush did in all 8 years. WellâŠok. Heâs done more GOOD.
Answer the question. In what universe is Sarah Palin qualified for Federal office? I really like Ron Paul before he started courting the American-Taliban vote.
ephrem,
Thatâs funny Joe Rogan the hypocrite knocks corporations as he takes a huge pay check from one of the biggest growing sports corporations in the US, the UFC. And he knocks the US military as the UFC takes government funds to promote the Marine corps.
Atta boy Joe keep flinging your crap as your own bank account grows by you doing the exact opposite of what you want the rest of us to do.
He makes me sick to my stomach.

Oh goody for you, you made a funny. Look if you are from Canada it is not a stretch to think that maybe you are Canadian.
Are you a US citizen?
âThe powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.â
The Congress has the right to make laws, given to it by the ConstitutionâŠthis isnât applicable to healthcare.

As Governor of the largest state of the union, she is eminently more qualified than Obama was in '08. And for the record, Iâm not planning on voting for her.

As per Section 8 Article 1. The powers not deligates there-in are reserved for the states or to the people.
Fwiw - Obama as a State Senator represented more Americans than Palin did as Governor. Iâm not sure he was the ideal candidate but compared to any of the Conservatives, especially McCain/Palin, he was a brilliant choice.
