He would be great in a Nolan Batman but not in some shitass goofy Batman Vs. Superman joke.

I don’t care who directs him. Daniel Day-Lewis would be the best Batman ever if for no other reason than the entertainment value in seeing that fucker do his method acting shit with the character by swinging around Manhattan hunting down criminals and beating the fuck out of random pieces of shit. Day-Lewis hunting people for sport and the integrity of the role is a win-win for everyone involved.
Yeah, I was thinking about that. We’d need to wait 10 years while he trained in Asia and returned to soem old mansion with a valet and everything.

10 years would be nothing in return for the greatest spectacle/acting performance ever. Can you imagine what that would be like? I would be first in line to kill Day-Lewis’ parents right before his very eyes to kickstart the “getting into character” process.
I think Anson Mount would be a great Batman.

He looks the part…but once an Affleck has entered the bloodstream, the infection spreads too fast for substitutes.
Damn it, I was literally gonna post Tobey MCguire job like 3 seconds ago, fuck!!!

he doesn’t like you much either
For real. He specifically told me he hates that guy.
He can see you now bd…and that’s just nasty.
That’s weak…If Bale got rid of his British Accent, Affeck can put his aside as well.
one of the glaring differences between the two is that Bale is a good actor.
with a resume like afflacks, the same can not be said. it could be argued. but not well.
and to be perfectly honest bale went from british to kind of overly growly and spitty. what is the master thespian affleck going to deliver to us?
come on, his first attempt at superheroing was daredevil. DAREFUCKINGDEVIL. that movie was an utter abomination and an affront to God himself.
Never laughed like I just did. Kudos
haha, awesome. glad somebody enjoyed it.

It doesn’t help with Kevin Smith helping to spread the disease.

He would be awesome. Esp. with Nolan. In fact, he would make Bale look bad. He could make people say, “Christian who?”
But you wouldn’t want to fuck up that film by putting Superman in it.
It would be mandatory that Javier Bardem would play the villain.

Timberlake…makes a joke?
Justin Timberlake: I want to play The Riddler opposite Ben Affleck’s Batman in ‘Man of Steel’ sequel

At this point. Why the fuck not?
I always thought a perfect ending to the DK Series would be Dicaprio as the riddler, and ledger as the joker. But heath went out and fucked that all up.
Timberlake is a decent actor. I’ve seen a couple of his movies, none I can think of that would make me say damn he’d be a great riddler.
Important to note. This is not a new Batman movie, this is a sequel to Man of Steel that involves Bats. If there was to be a villain from Batman’s world it would have to be someone like black mask, or the penguin.
I hope they keep throwing awful casting choices at this movie in the hope that they’re wiped off the slate for other directors taking hold of the same superheroes.
Truth:
“Remember, long before the 'net was up and running, fans made their hostality when Michael Keaton was cast in Tim Burton’s “Batman” - until they saw him, and then suddenly they shut up,”
Hate the idea of pitting Batman against Superman in what is supposed to be a Superman solo movie. Zod and co. try to terraform the planet and Batman is nowhere to be seen. …
I didn’t think WB would rehash an idea that was rejected years ago but then they did have first dibs on Joss Whedon for Wonder Woman. It seems like Batman is WB’s Wolverine: have absolutely no faith in the material, put him in everything and hope the movie makes it into the black.
Affleck as Batman? Could’ve been worse when Orblando Bloom was up for the role. I’m more worried about the direction they’re going in. Man of Steel was supposed to be Nolan and Goyer’s ‘grounding’ of one of the most powerful characters in comics.

Spanish Batman? “Hello. My name is Batman. You killed my parents. Prepare to die”.
