Who Here Has Been Arrested?

I have been reading some of the stories and I have to say that for those who haven’t graced our penal system, be grateful. I have some horror stories that are pretty horrible. Spending 5 days in a holding cell in North Las Vegas County Jail for example. Bottom line, crime doesn’t pay.

I got slapped with a similar charge in 1979, and got off with a warning. Today, I’d get 5 years.

There is no excuse to jail first time, non-violent drug offenders. None. Besides the other humiliating things that go on in the joint, you learn more about crime there than you do on the streets.
Well said Yo Momma, its like crime school there. You walk in with a high school diploma, and walk out with a Phd. I recall guys talking about their next crime since they only got 2 yrs for the one that landed them in the joint. I nearly choked when I saw a guy who was a child molester and got less time than me. Mind you, my offense had no weapons, no violence, and no damages to anyone buy myself. True his time went by worse, since guys would piss on his bed, or shit a log in his boots, but still.

assaulting an officer

kidnapping

possesion of concealed weapon

lewd conduct in a place of worship

spitting on a sunday

and lastly,

tattered bootstraps in a public park after dusk with intent to birch.

Only in Massachusetts.

MIP, UPA, possession of fake ID.

Hell of a night.

I raised hell when i got to jail. Started off in the drunk tank, spent the next day and a half in population. Sucked.

Mouthing off to corrections officers was a horrible idea. Beforehand, I figured if I ever got taken to jail, it couldn’t get any worse. I was dead wrong.

lol theres actually a law somewhere that you cant wear a hat on tuesday or soemthing.

puritans are so fucking gay.

the funny thing is that j-walking is so common here i mean, people just walk across the street whenever they feel like it whether traffic is coming or not and the first time i went out west to california i noticed everyone uses crosswalks and waits for lights to change, etc. it was so weird to me seeing that…anyway i guess the cops out there actually will ticket you for j-walking.

Get arrested doesn’t make you a criminal.

Tell that to your probation/parole officer

youd have to get convicted in the first place

getting arrested isnt a crime because youre innocent until proven guilty which is why you always hear people reffered to as “the alleged killer” etc because until hes convicted they cant say he actually did it.

Lets see here
I’ve been put in cuffs a few times.

The first was on one of the local HUGE lakes. I was doing a jack and rose pose (I wasn’t doing it with anyone) titanic move on the front of my buddies Ski Nautique. Then a DNR guy flew out of the Sandbar chasing us down. I was shitfaced and somehow after sitting on his boat for thirty minutes he just let me go.

#2

Someone handed me a peice of stolen property and I didn’t know it was stolen. So I got fucked but eventually the charge dropped because in all honesty I had no idea it was stolen.

#3
Cops tried to hit me with a minor when I chugged a beer on a ski lift. Turns out they really didn’t care. They were out to catch the snowboarders smoking pot in the gandolas.

#4
I was in cuffs for going 25 over the speed limit. That is the only one stuck to my record lol.

#5

Was trying to stall a cop by talking to him outside of a party so people could clean up real quick. I was put in handcuffs then released in twenty minutes?

Got slammed in siesta key with a 400$ drinking ticket and a night in the tank. No charges. They had enough kids coming in and out of there during spring break.

Alleged Violent offender here.

spent few years in state prison.

again Alleged and they could not get a conviction.
certain witnesses kind of never showed up after long enough time frame.

how did you do time some for something u didnt get convicted of? you couldn’t post bail or something?

bond was several hundred thousand dollars,
no way in hell could I or should I post it.
I knew i was going to beat the rap anyways so why not just chill a few months until trial.
but they kept dragging it out.
so few months turned into few years way too fast

Ok troll

Ummmm - No troll. I happen to know this is the exact truth. Maddy, how you doing mate?
Wonderful, plain simply wonderful thank you brother.

excatly,
if no one sees anyone do it then it never happened.
'isnt our legal system great.

OP should have asked who has been arrested for a real crime (not just arrested for doing stupid shit while drunk/stoned).

That eliminates 90% of “crime” in America then.
