Who Eats 1g Protein per Pound/BW?

Bird, what type of emaciated chickens do you have there in australia!? The fat american chickens here have 50+ grams of protein in a breast. Also I eat 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight through steak, chicken, milk, eggs, and cheese (and whey protein).

All this complaining about having to eat a lot… try telling that to a fat guy… I gotta diet!!!

I get 300+ everyday, I only use 2-3 scoops whey too, it’s really not too hard.

So far today just in 2 meals I am already over a 100g. Metabolic Drive Low Carb shake (2 servings), and 8 oz of chicken for lunch.

Breakfast - Whey (25g) and 1.25 Cups Liquid Eggwhites (30g) - 55g
Meal 2 - 1 Sirloin Burger (30g) and half a turkey burger (17g) - 47g
Meal 3 - 1 Sirloin Burger (30g) and half a turkey burger (17g) - 47g
Periworkout - workout shake - 20g
Post Workout Meal - Can of tuna fish and a Sirloin Burger - 69g
Dinner - Turkey Burger - 35g

Total - 273 grams, not nearly as much food as it seems when you split it up and consider the hunger that hard training causes. I will exceed this by another 40-50 grams on leg day.

I bet if you track protein you will be surprised how easy it is to get 200g in each day. Three solid meals and 2 protein shakes should do it.

I get roughly 300g a day is my target at 220ish.

10 eggs-80
1 lbs beef or chicken-85
Cup of Greek yogurt- 30
2 servings whey-50
1 medium pizza-75

this is just protein sources not counting the protein from oatmeals, pastas, and vegetables.
75 from pizza. Better check that. Eggs more like 60. And yea yogurt ain’t getting you 30 grams. At least your lb of beef is correct I guess.
I do not see the issue with the pizza you can choose toppings, jumbo eggs have a little over 8g of protein each, and “Greek” yogurt can have close to 30 grams per cup (trader joes has 24g) make your own and you will get more.

I only Eat JUMBO size eggs much larger than your standard 6g per Egg they have 8g per Egg that’s 80g of protein 8x10=80

6oz of Great Value GREEK Yogurt has 14g of Protein. I eat 16oz when I eat it that’s 30g.

Sams Choice 4 cheese Pizza has 15g per serving at 5 servings per pizza… Wait for it… Oh hey that’s 75g of protein I’ll be damned. That, doesn’t even count the turkey pepperoni and ham I,put on it so thanks and at least your whole statement was, completely invalid.

I eat 5 small meals a day. The protein costs me about $3 a day. I am at 200 grams a day. I don’t use protein powder because it is expensive. If you get $2 a pound chicken breast you can get around 128 grams protein per pound. Eggs whites and skim milk are cheap too. Tuna is a great deal also. I normally eat 4 to 5 oz of chicken at a time. 7.5 grams of protein per oz.
