Whitney Houston Dead

How we got from Whitney to the tree jumper Michael is unknown to me but Roybot I do have a question for you; do you care to explain how a young child could so accurately describe an adult’s penis? Answer that question, that question only.

Yes, those parents were morally bankrupt. Yes, they were prepared to be the “squeaky wheel” to get what they wanted. They may have even turned a blind eye to what was occurring, or what they suspected might have been occurring, between their son and MJ. None of that means nothing inappropriate occurred. You do understand that simple premise don’t you? I know Spinks doesn’t.

So tell me, how does the kid describe MJ’s cock with such remarkable accuracy? We’re talking actual locations of identifying marks.

I’m not sure about some other people here (I’m mocking his passive/aggressive thing), but I know for a fact that no young child can identify and describe my cock, and I’m hoping no young child could describe and identify yours. [/quote]

I know your question was not directed towards me, but you’re referring to the 1993 case, right? Jackson consented to a 25 minute strip search to see if the boy’s description matched what MJ’s penis looked like. His description did not match. The boy described MJ’s penis as circumcised when his penis was actually UNcurcumsised. It was even reported by Reuters that the kid’s description didn’t match MJ’s body. Also, Chandler was wiretapped by a private investigator and Chandler DENIED seeing MJ’s body. The description was very vague. In the second case, there were so many credibility issues.

I’ll simply post this in reply:

"In addition to the claim of circumcision, a 1993 affidavit from Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Department deputy Deborah Linden (filed to secure court permission to photograph Jackson’s genitalia) also reported that Jordan claimed there was splotch on Jackson’s penis, “which is a light color similar to the color of his face”.[44] According to Sneddon in a 2005 memorandum in People v. Jackson, “The photographs reveal a mark on the right side of Defendant’s penis at about the same relative location as the dark blemish located by Jordan Chandler on his drawing of Defendant’s erect penis” and “Chandler’s graphic representation of the discolored area on Defendant’s penis is substantially corroborated by the photographs.”[49] Dr. Richard Strick who conducted the examination of Jackson’s genitals claimed, “I was told later that the photos and description absolutely matched”[50] but Sneddon only imprecisely described the blemish as being on the right side of the penis “at about the same relative location” on Jordan’s drawing, with no further details about it to support an exact match.[49] According to Diane Dimond of Hard Copy, Sergeant Gary Spiegel, the sheriffâ??s photographer, claims he observed a dark spot on the lower left side of Jacksonâ??s penis.[51]

Sneddon ended his declaration with “I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct except for those statements made on information and belief, as to those statements, I believe them to be true.”[49] He preceded his beliefs with “I believe”, with following identified as “beliefs”:[49]

I believe the discolorization Chandler identified in his drawing was not something he could or would have guessed about, or could have seen accidentally. I believe Chandler's graphic representation of the discolored area on Defendant's penis is substantially corroborated by the photographs taken by Santa Barbara Sheriff's detectives at a later time. I believe...his verbal description and drawing, when considered together with the photograph of the Defendent's penis, substantially rebuts the opinion evidence offered by witnesses to the effect that he ... would not have exposed his naked body in the presence of young boys."

There’s also a remark that a child couldn’t be expected to differentiate between an uncircumcised and circumcised penis when erect.

I forgot to mention; the fact that the kid was able to relatively accurately describe his penis weighed heavily into the decision to settle.

Now for those of you looking for reasons to explain this away (he was uncircumcised, the location of the blotch was not exact, blah blah fucking apologetic tree jumping blah blah blah) - no child should be able to identify an adults penis (let alone erect) AT ALL, IN ANY DETAIL.

Fucking LOL @ the denial when it comes to celebrity. Only in La La Land could someone believe in his innocence. Any other regular Joe would be strung up from a tree and rightfully so.

The fact that there were those that may have lied, may have attempted to exploit or distort, does not mean MJ was not having inappropriate relationships with children.

And if you believe this…well, there are bridges for sale:

With friends like this, you don’t need friends.

And if you care to read further, I offer this which isn’t bad although everything I’ve seen discussing the insurance aspect is not entirely correct. What is correct is that Transamerica received considerable pressure to from Jackson’s defense team to settle after we took a no coverage position. They get some nuances of such wrong, but the basics are there. Cochran pressured Transamerica to settle. The settlement came on the heals of the alleged penis identification which was understood to be problematic but the results of which have never been released to my knowledge.

I do not envy you your job BG for having to read the details of these kinds of things. Fucking horrible. :frowning:

Not really sure why the MJ thing is still up for debate though.

Obvious predator imo.

meh. after about 10 years of high level work, you see everything. I handled everything from molestation to birth injury to shipwrecks to oil rig claims and everything in between. a claim is a claim is a claim after a while and you become immune except you do see the world in a different lens.

the one claim that was most personal to me was the guy that got paralyzed at Gold’s Gym (Venice) from squatting in a smith machine. i settled that claim at 2 a.m. local time from my home. obviously, I never squatted in the smith machine, but the claim struck home for me. that guy was a fucking trooper. shit happened in his prime and he continued on a path of high achievement and doing well to this day. a true inspiration. that was money that i ultimately felt good about paying even though i was conflicted about the liability of the claim.

I remember that case. Didn’t he sure the gym (for removing the safety catches), and the manufacturer?

i’ve mentioned it here before; is that where you heard it?

this particular smith machine was manufactured with no bottom safety stop, which allowed it to go all the way to the floor and ultimately, paralyze him when his knee gave out. he sued Gold’s and the manufacturer of the smith machine which was a surprisingly small operation with little sophistication (basically, you can start making gym equipment tomorrow if you want). They also had a relatively small policy, and Gold’s had lots of coverage (he sued the Corporation, which owned the Venice location and franchised countless others at the time). if i recall correctly, the plaintiff was originally from this area (delaware i believe).

I handled it soup to nuts. Negotiated the settlement in the middle of the night (they were in CA). Paid close to 9m if I recall correctly and had 13m in authority (he recovered more from the manufacturer). In any other world, that’s bonus worthy but insurance sucks - barely an “attaboy”.
