Not if the African is unfamiliar with the concept of paper tests and getting a correct answer. IQ is a sliver measure, it does not take into account those who are unfamiliar with the very concept of testing.
Anybody thrown into an unfamiliar situation will not do well at first. I can spray water and run a fire extinguisher, that does not make me a firefighter.
Common academic opinion is that IQ tests as we know them are archaic and a poor measure of mental capability. That’s why there is a move away from this sort of testing. It’s just limited. It maybe all we had a while back, but better testing is on the horizon.

Wow this thread went from slight derail to crazy town. Took a while to get there starting slow with immigration, transitioning to race and IQ, a few mentions of Jews, escalating Jew hate, and finally going all-in with holocaust denial.
We were lucky to get all of that content from someone far more intelligent than any of us.
It’s not every day that a top mind takes a break from important work to explain how the world works via seemingly continuous posting morning, noon and night for days on end.

I really need to know if globe Earth is a lie. I mean, I know I can watch the ISS fly by and I live on the Space Coast and see rockets launch all the time. There has to be evidence out there for this conspiracy, right?
