In London, England, Somalians are engaged in massive gang warfare and criminality. They are so much more violent than others that they have resulted in other groups becoming more violent in response. The teen murder rate is very high now. A VERY high proportion of those involved are Somalian.
Is this due to IQ or culture or both?
If you’re a teen around them in say Camden on a Saturday night - you don’t fucking care. You just want to avoid a machete in the head (trust me I’m not exaggerating).

Good question. We don’t see that here in our small and densely-packed Somali/Bantu population of, 10,000+. Probably quite a bit more at this point. Our collective crime rate remains quite low.
As citizens of Maine, Somalian-born individuals have the same right I do to stroll into a gun store, buy an AR-15 (or even a fully-automatic rifle, which are legal here in Maine), several thousand rounds of ammunition and as many 100 round drum magazines as they’d like. They can slap a Trigicon ACOG on that bad boy too, and whatever other accessories keep Nancy Pelosi awake at night.
Why do you think those disparate outcomes exist, especially considering the readily available means of destruction my Somalian neighbors have that your more violent ones do not?

Perhaps you could make the argument that if placed in a peaceful environment, Somalians can temper their impulses easier than in a violent environment such as Camden.
