My point with the article should be clear:
If race was a human construct, it would mean there were no discernible differences.
However, here we have Government agencies asking for particular blood for particular groups.
This is one of an endless list of examples, most of which can be seen by simply observing reality.
If race was just a human construct, why is almost everyone in the NBA black?
Why do tech companies employ disproportionately large numbers of East Asians?
Why did white Europeans arrive in Australia and instantly produce an incredible civilisation? The aborigines had already been there for 10,000 years, why didn’t they do it?
Why didn’t an African discover America? Look at the coastline of Africa, it is almost never ending.

There are differences across the different ethnic groups that make up the one human race.
Where did the whites who colonized Australia get their culture from? If England never had contact with the outside world after the Anglo Saxons invaded, there would not be an English language as we know it, no Chaucer, Shakespeare, More, Milton, etc. It would probably be stuck in the 8th century. So it’s not about white people but a few white people who are responsible for Western Civilization, Greeks and Romans, and the luck other whites had to get civilized and learn manners from those ancients.
And you don’t know if an African might have reached the new world first.

And there are differences with Mediterraneans and other Europeans when it comes to blood matching.
Let’s say that these races are distinctly different. Call it a given.
But within each race there is a distribution of more and less intelligent. Also a given.
Within each race is a similar enough DNA that they are all considered the same, allowing for some typical variation.
Therefore all races have the potential for the manifestation of intelligence from their genetic codes.
