I never said God doesn’t work through Protestants or that God is never with them, they still have two sacraments that God can work through with them: baptism and matrimony. It is very impressive what some Protestants do with only two sacraments, but I’ll stick with having all seven sacraments and the protection of the Holy Ghost.
Anyway, yes I am lucky to have an orthodoxy preacher and one that is personal.

Ethinic groups are being choosen over whites for certain jobs like firefighting, police( this is Canada i am talking about 3. Affirmative action is in place to right past wrongs. Blacks were drinking out of seperate water fountains in my lifetime afterall.
It is not REQUIRED for any organization to have a policy in place. However. it is LAWFUL to impmlement one.
Quotas are illegal if race is the ONLY factor considered. Several court decisions on this.

If you are claiming that the inequality begins and ends with quotas that is nonsense.
-An employer can be sued by any protected class AND can obtain a free lawyer from the EEOC to do it!
-Across the country in civil service exams a black candidate will be awarded 5 to 10 exttra points based on skin color.
-Affirmative action programs which favor minority applicants to college’s are racist as they give a a poor black student an advantage over a poor white student.
True blacks were treated unfairly and there was plenty of discrimination which in my opinion is sinful. But that was 50 years ago! We now have a black President which proves that the majority of Americans are not racists. You will never have equality of the races as long as one race receives special rights from the government.
And here is affirmative action happening just today. The city of Chicago has to pay $30 mil and hire 111 black firefighters because of a 1995 test!
