Maybe. The impression I get from what is known is an over-zealous neighborhood watchman. He called 911 an average of 5 times a month over the last year - although he did live in a neighborhood with an increasing burglarly rate. Maybe he was trigger happy - maybe he followed the guy - maybe he was attacked and was in fear for his life. I don’t know. The local authorities and the case itself are now being investigated by state and federal authorities. It should be let to take its course. But it has been turned into a political football.
