Which Steroid is Good for Stamina/Strength/Muscularity?

I understand your point, I feel you do not understand mine.

I simply said that Testosterone is not necessary in every cycle, however a compound that will aromatise is, this can be something like Dbol or EQ. Not everyone reacts to testosterone the same way, some people feel godly on it, others like myself experience emotional rollercoasters bordering bi-polar disorder.

On my current cycle I am running very low dose test (100mg/wk) and now I feel OK, in the future I may switch that for EQ or low dose Dbol as a base and see if it works better FOR ME.

Just my opinion.

Dear OP,

You look like you haven’t even learned the basics of bodybuilding.i.e. you look like you don’t eat enough / barely spent half a year lifting.

You should work out for a few years and get your macros and training on point before even considering doing anything.

That’s what I’m doing and after 3 years I’m still nowhere near good enough to even consider touching exogenous hormones. I most probably never will.

Hate to bring up an old post but this gave me a few laughs. So much happened in this post, I was called out for bro-science by those I now can say are friends @blshaw @newbvet

And I think this was my first run in with @unreal24278

Anyway, just as an update, I’m currently hitting some low dose EQ and Drol/Dbol. Going well so far. Hope all are well.

Would you happen to know when to pin test A to peak for say 10am peak?

Yes, Very true always the last to add in! Optimise everything else first! Personally I’m IDDM (Type 1 Diabetic) and trained from the age of 14 when i first started lifting weights then to the Gym at 16, looking more closely at my diet to optimise it and work alongside the diabetes to get the most from body so that once i joined then gym i was on the ball, got some relatively modest gains, never wanted massive strength/size-that’s obviously individualised and personal but on the whole once you have your training and diet/rest etc schedule optimised and feel you have reached a ā€˜peak’ or stalled however you want to label it then you can add in some basic anabolics! In my late 20’s (27 tb exact) i started very modestly whilst being patient and Got good advice from regular gym goers. Of course not a lot online at those times! I Read a lot of the muscle magazines (Flex, Muscle Mag etc)

Yeh, I would certainly agree with that one (Test &Turinabol)! Mb Winstrol once you’ve done a cycle or 2 but not yet.

Very interesting to see these studies on Nandrolone downregulating serotonin/dopamine. Can i give my personal experience of using approx 300mg+ off Nandro dec with some Test (up to 200mg wk) And drostanolone Enanthate 50-100mg p/wk) I felt fantastic, an immense well being and no adverse sides i had on other anabolics such as tren ehere i felt absolutely suicidal and major bursts of anger/aggression! Just as you say we are all individual and it is clearly a mix of lifestyle/food/rest work/social factors and such but this was quite a profound and memorable change in mood and great feeling of well being i stayed on the cycle for at least 18-20 weeks! My training was consistant, nothing remarkable, as you’d expect on those does but the psychological impact was fantastic. Very individualised and highly recommend everyone tread carefully noting for psychological awareness is key to getting the most from training and of course incorporating it beneficially and succinctly into our daily lives. (I also kept a journal with doses, physical/mental feelings & effects as well as training effects). All the best. Again kind thanks for citing these studies. :wink:
