Which Doctor Is Best For Optimising Hormones?

I have suspicion that my hormones are not as they should be (probably from valid reason, that I prefer not to post). I found online that endocrinologist and anti-age doctors can treat this, however in Slovenia waiting for either of them is very long (few months if you pay out of pocket and few years on insurance). Which doctors can help with that online, preferably in European Union, so the treatment (if needed) will be paid by insurance.

Balance My Hormones in Dorset, UK, offers TRT/anti-aging treatments to people located within Europe. It’s cash only though, insurance based care for hormone treatments is substandard a lot of the time because doctors have one hand tied behind their backs following dated guidelines (UK/Europe) and patient outcomes can suffer as a result.

Also, the cash only businesses have access to better treatment options in the UK (shorter cypionate/enanthate esters), compared to insurance based care.

I can’t imagine waiting a few years to be seen by a doctor, only to be mistakenly told I don’t quality for treatment. A very common experience in the UK and Europe.

Forum rules don’t allow for links to websites. It’s 2023, are you telling me you can’t Google “Balance My Hormones”? Google is your friend.

As times goes on, due to the unregulated natural of our medical system charging whatever they want, insurance company have become tightwads charging a lot and we receive little in return!

It’s best to have cash only private care alongside insurance and use it for emergencies only.

I did found doctors @systemlord recommended me as well as some in my home country (Slovenia) that can regulate hormones however price is just too high. In Slovenia just lab work done and doctor would cost small fortune, in the UK (believe it or not) that would be much cheaper, however I could not (yet) afford fees for hormones if I’d need them.

I think the best is a urologist who has specialization in fertility and andrology. That’s why I go to.
