Top O the mornin to ya Balbos… are you going for the site record of post in 24 hours? Goddam you post alot… and I thought I posted too much. You’ll have me beat in 1 day.

You do have some good training ideas and it seems like you do alot of the important exercises such as heavy compound lifts and unilateral worj and agility skills.

I think I might have even picked up a tip or two out of your trainwreck of posts.

Did you ever think about putting all your energy into just one thing or one sport? I think if you would concentrate it instead of spread it all out… you might be real successful in some athletic endeavor. You have alot of enthusiasm and energy… and its nice to see. I don’t like quiet people. I like em’ loud like yourself and straight foward. I like people who don’t take themselves too seriously. You seem to do that. I hope you just take all your energy and put it to use for something positive.

I wouldn’t worry about what others may think of you and your lifestyle, I’m sure there is alot of us that are over the top. that just means you have something to offer. Hope you figure out what that is someday and put it to good use. Good luck buddy. You are one unique individual. [/quote]

Thanks a lot,brother!
To be honest with you,its raining heavily for a few days here.its hell for me to stay at home.so all i do is post and do 30 reps of bodyweight squats and 25 push-ups explosively for some GPP!
To focus on 1 sport? Why? Its not me!

Not me neither… that’s why I was never great at anything, just good at alot of things. Just an idea… ya know the way Tiger Woods just golf’s, that’s all he does. Maybe that’s why he is so good and the best in the world at it… because all he does is concentrate on one thing and he seems to prepair better than everyone else too.

My theory was to focus on one thing and put all your energy into it and maybe you can be very great at it. God knows you don’t have a lack of energy. Are you a coffee drinker by the way Balbos? You are definitely wired!
