Yes, in theory, illegal search and seizure is clearly a constitutional right. The problem is we have allowed the line of what is illegal to change. Hence, we are scanned at the airport and SWAT breaks down doors whenever they feel like it.

In any case, if I ever, let’s say, lived to see by brother murdered, I’d mourn too, but I’d probably be over it 12 years later after slaying my brother’s murderer and his 150 closest relatives.
