How bout in the woods with the rest of the bears?
If you’re doing bodybuilding style workouts emphasizing bodyparts I would insert the bear somewhere with the upper body days. For example, how many guys have a dedicated arms workout where they train biceps and triceps and nothing else? or shoulders? or chest? The bear can easily be inserted into those workouts to make them more gut-busting and more “whole-body” in effect without stressing recovery too much.
