Where Has Everyone Gone?

I suspect you are feeling better because the quick drop in T has brought your T/E2 ratio back in line. Be interesting to see what happens in 2-4 more weeks

Similarly, had you stayed at the higher T dose and began adding supplemental estrogen, you would have felt better, too.

My beleif is it is all about the T/E2 ratio. And we all have a slightly different ratio to “feel” optimal. Glad you are doing better

I agree this both these statements. Its also why some guys indeed feel better a lower dose and not necessary to be top of range. I think its silly to give a guy TOO MUCH testosterone only to have to control side affects of it with an AI or supplement with exogenous E2. Just find the T dose that works for you. It will save you money and your health in the long wrong.

Let’s see there was a lag effect on when I started feeling better it wasn’t right away. Will keep reporting.

Been a few weeks already, improvement is there.

The lowering of dose starting around mid September. Some days before Sept 22. Didn’t feel so good at first actually, thought of giving up but I remember there is always a lag effect where it feels crappy when lowering or dropping dose and then all of a sudden a clear head.

This thread has turned into a sort of open TRT discussion at this point…

One thing I’ve found is TRT works amazingly for me if im completely off alcohol. Soon as i start having a coiple of beers 2 or 3 times a week it destroys the benefits. My sleep goes to shit, i cant recover- brain fog.

Cant beleive how much it impacts it for me.

I also think T to E ratio v important. For me I’m best if I just very slightly control e2, and I do it more on feel these days than with a schedule of a.i.

Works for me.

Have you ever had a sleep study performed?

Same thing, and this is one of those other things that improve if I drastically reduce dose. Alcohol tolerance, not in the sense of getting buzzed or not but if I feel like crap in general or not if I drink. On higher, doses forget about it.

No never.

What are you thinking?

Alcohol giving me sleep apnea?

I think he is thinking more of the lines of exacerbating it, as in you already have some form of it.

Same here mate

On another note, it’s nearing a month now I am actually surprised how much strength I am able to retain. Haven’t really seen a decrease in my lift numbers. May be due to a trade off of feeling better over all. Curious to see my lifts a month or 2 more from now.
