So, I just read this whole thing. I must be bored. You are a bit of an idiot, but here goes. Testosterone is not your problem. Taking testosterone is not going to fix your problem. Let me repeat that. TAKING TESTOSTERONE IS NOT GOING TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM. Capiche? You have restless leg and no libido, and even though you have access to Google you have not mentioned or apparently considered that you have a catecholamine problem. The suggested masteron cycle would alleviate all of your issues, at least as long as youāre on the masteron. You could take mucuna pruriens (L-dopa) or tyrosine. You very likely are also anemic, so take some iron. And to conclude, you didnāt have any muscle mass to begin with and yet managed to make yourself scrawnier somehow. Seriously. You are in no danger of having too much muscle anywhere and you definitely need some psychological help.
thanks for the reply!
The restless legs went away about 1 year ago. Im left with numb genitals and leaking a bit of urine. I also have pain in the right testicle and groin area. I have not had an erection in 2 years. I can get an erection through physical stimulation but once the phyisical stimulation is gone it goes down real fast.
I feel a cold feeling in my groin and right testicle, and urine trapped in the urethraā¦
I do feel like I am anemic. I am currently 170 lbs at 5ā9āā and actually have a good amount of muscle. I was just at a stage where I wanted to be slimmer for my sport and took it too far.
B-12 issues and anemia are linked. If your B-12 (and a blood test is not actually indicative of your level, just the mount currently in your blood) is okay, you need to know what your Iron (serum ferritin is a better measure) and folate are. All of these things can cause or contribute to neuropathy. Your diet caused depletion of just about everything if you play football and donāt eat. And no, you do not have muscle mass - you need help. I know you think you see muscle, your brain is distorting what you see.
I weigh 170 lbs at 5ā9 im sure everyone on here would agree that is decent amount of weight for that height. If it were neuropathy which I thought it was, surely I wouldnt be able to feel pain? I grab a hair brush and rub it against my penis skin and I can feel the pain, its just that there is no sensation (good feeling) in my penis, its as if im touching rubber?
After reading countless numbers of forums this is common with people who have taken ssris? Or drugs such as propecia/fin/accutane. Also I have seen people blame low/high e2 for this issue?
I have never taken an anti depressant or steroids or propecia or any drug before
So I guess it is either a neurotransmitter issue or low dht/e2 issue. The low dht/e2 from what I understand can only happen if I took a dht inhibitor since it comes from testosterone. Since I have upper normal t levels (684 tt) My guess is the elevated liver enzymes, and uric acid /dheas has something to do with me converting testosterone to e2 and dht? But I guess if I knew everything I wouldnāt be on here asking for helpā¦
uric acid is usually diet related and causes gout. High liver enzymes could be a lot of things. Neuropathy is not numbness, it is the tingling or pain sensation from nerve damage and is common in B12 deficiency and some forms of anemia. And no, on here most would probably not agree that that is a decent amount of weight for that height. You are skinny dude.
Liver enzymes and billirubin have been elevated on last 3 blood tests. It feels as if the cells in my genitals have been nuked if that makes sense. Its like the little dots are being zapped. I have had my b12 levels checked and they were fine. Only things that arenāt fine are
low dht, e2,
high, uric acid, liver enzymes, dhea-s
spina bifida l5-s1 , minor herniation l1-l2, neurosurgeon ruled out compression
Do you understand how unhelpful it is, after someone writes you a detailed response, when you ignore half of what they say and.just shout back what your symptoms are? You have numb genitals, we read that, he read it, many times, before he wrote his response. Therefore responding with ābut I have numb genitals!ā Is adding nothing to the conversation.

is it normal for a 21 year old male who had a high sex drive and was very fit , to just lose his sex drive completely, and get numb genitals? I have never heard of this before?
-
I have never taken an anti androgen or antidepressant. A friend on another forum said that he raised his DHT but it made no difference in his symptoms and warned me about going on testosterone (applying t cream to scrotum)

How the **** do doctors not know what the problem is. I thought I would get a diagnosis in 2 minutes however it has not been the case, just throwing me from on specialist to another and back in circlesā¦
He also says that he had gallstones (which we might have in common since the elevated liver enzymes (billirubin, uric acid)
Yes, all 21 year-olds have this exact problem and the doctors are just torturing you because they are sadists.
well wtf is it then!?!, obviously its not just DHT, because people have succesfully raised theres but with no relief in symptomsā¦
why the **** are doctors not taking me seriously?!
Iām not trying to be a dick here brother, but re read the post that @Pinkylifting made.
If you canāt get people who have been through the shit (the guys here on this forum) to take you seriously because of the demeanor you portray through your posts, then it should be obvious why a medical professional would blow you off. They donāt have the time to argue with you.
really? so leaking urine, and having numb genitals, no spontaneous erection in 2.5 years and no feeling in orgasm is all in my head right?
I never said that. I donāt think anyone here ever said that either. Youāve been given some very detailed responses but you continue to ignore them and keep re-stating your symptoms.
Here, Iāll make it easier for you to take my suggestion of re-reading @Pinkylifting post, since itās too much of a distraction to scroll up in your browser.

Ok help me out here man. Please write, in detail, the response you would LIKE to hear. That way I can just quote it and give it to you. Problem solved.
Can you send me a link as to where I can buy those products , as I am in a very conservative country in Europe where it is almost impossible to find that shit.
You dont listen. Why are you even bothering asking if you dont want to hear what people say? No one is going to take you serious acting like a clown. Bring a hammer to the drs and lay your numb rubbery genitals out on the table and pound away and say see no feeling.
thats actually a good ideaā¦
I like your advice, you seem to know what you are talking about. I developed a whole bunch of other symptoms along with the ed, numb genitals, no morning wood or spontaenous erection in 3 years now, leaking urine .
There have been times where I can actually feel that my blood sugar is too low and I need a sugary drink, this never happened before? The restless legs were the worst, and I donāt mean normal restless legs, I mean I could not stop moving them, pointing my toes up and down when laying down for hours. You are right as I found there is a link between restless legs, dopamine and , erectile dysfunction.
Do you think the numb genitals is a neurotransmitter issue then? If im correct it cannot be measured right? I will be ordering some L-Dopa, and the other supplements you said.
So far I have taken ; ZMA, zinc, multivitamin, creatine, ashwaganda, b12 ,with no relief in symptoms.
You just might and we would call it suicide. You are royally fucking your self by neglecting all suggestions and not being honest with yourself.
There are more issues at play here.
For god sakes you might be creating these issues via your mentality. Maybe if you stopped half your ailments might dissapear.
