It’s at the nipples. If you measure to high on the chest you’re getting the widest part of your lats, which im sure would add at least 2 inches to my measurements.

Since i dress extremely casual at all times. I wear nothing but hoodies, affliction tees, and gasp tank tops. its only if and when i have to get a sports jacket do i run into major problems. i take a size 60-62 jacket. then they usually have to taper it in significantly.
at work, i wear mostly 3x shirts.
