Even if the ringtone site doesn’t charge you, you most likely will still have to pay for the delivery of the ringtone. So even a free ringtone will still cost you money. It’s up to your carrier and the package you have.
www.viiblast.com is the best site I have found. There are a few short ringtones on the site, but you can upload your own. You can also send pictures and videos to your phone.
