When Would You Do Blood Work ON Cycle?

I am running a 16 week cycle of Testosterone and HCG (fertility reasons). I am going to do bloodwork beginning, middle at 8 weeks, and post cycle.

I know I get high estrogen from previous HCG use and confirmed bloodwork. Once I started taking that and Test together, I felt the same symptoms but worse. I have found taking the Arimidex every 5 days keeps it at bay for me.

My question is, what day would you take your bloodwork on to get the best picture of what is going on while on cycle? The day after Test Injection and Arimidex? In the trough? Etc.

Goal would be to check all things health as well as estrogen levels.

Are you injecting one a week or twice? Assuming Test E/C. If once, I would wait 3-4 weeks and test midway through injecting schedule or toward the end.

Injecting Test E every 3.5 days to minimize volume of injectable since I was getting lumps.
