When Will Erectile Quality Improve?

Hello everybody!
Basically title + when you started TRT

I suffer from ED and already tried HCG and then test altogether for around 7-8 weeks, but didn’t notice any improvement in my ed. My libido was a little higher though. Im asking because im debating whether i should try trt again for a longer time period to see if it makes any difference.
Thanks

Dick improvements take the longest out of all the ailments that TRT can help. There is a fancy chart somewhere.

Idk why you’d only run 7-8 weeks of “TRT”. You either need it or you don’t, and that short of a “trial”isn’t going to improve much of anything let alone one of the hardest things to improve.

You don’t mention how you came off… did you pct?

Any history of SSRI use?

I’ve seen it said many times that TRT isn’t certain to fix ED. It can help with libido, but there’s other things involved with ED test won’t fix

Yes i did pct and recovered to my baseline without any problem. SSRI use history: 1 or 2 pills total of amitriptylline. Had bad sides immediately, but recovered quickly when stopped. This was 2 years before I had major dick problems.
Problems began after I quit saw palmetto extract, but dont know if its a coincidence or an actual cause of my problems. My recent test results show 710ng/dl with an shbg of 47. Doctors tell me no problems with test, but we all tell that even when your test is 210(still in range). Im desperate because im only 21, so I decided to try test for the hell of it.

I have a venous leak, although the doctor says it’s very insignificant in my case. But even then, my eq varies quite a bit throughout a month, but it’s still definitely below my “old” baseline.

Also, what chart? Im interested.

Idk it’s a big circle and really colorful.

Y’all know what chart I’m talking about? Can’t find it on google

Thanks!

I guess i will try test for 6 months but don’t know if it’s really worth it with a test of 700 ng/dl that i get pretty consistently. My shbg is higher than the mean for my age though, usually hovering around 44-52(mean = 33). Im afraid i will just shut myself down more, but i guess i will have to do it as this ed shit drives me crazy. What do you guys think?

Hormones take time to effect changes in tissue/repair and is measured in several months to years.

It can take up to 6 months to see changes in erections, sometimes even longer.

If you are not prepared to give TRT at least a few years of your time, don’t waste your time.

Your Free T percentage is 1.66 % which isn’t normal.

Trt can repair venous leak??

I read that it can if you are low on it

I think he means that normally you should have 2-3% of your testosterone completely unbound, while from my most recent test i had 1.79%, which puts my free t at 12.7ng/dL. Don’t know whether its fine or not.

TRT can improve erectile function and venous leak.
