When to Drink Surge

Hi,

My exercise program usually starts off with my core exercises (i.e. Kettle Bell, Free Weights), and then a cool off exercise/stretching (Dynamic Stretching, Static Stretching, Grappling exercises).

When should I drink Surge? After I finish off both core and cool off exercises? Or just after core exercises?

I have a feeling it should be after my core exercises, but some of my cool off exercise require lots of movement, and I feel that’s not so good for Surge digestion.

What do you all think?

A lot of people take it during. If you can stomach it, it might be optimal.

Its really splitting hairs at that point. If your stretching is taking like 2 hours then yeah, drink it before that… but if its only 15 minutes of stretching I cant imagine it makes a difference if you take it before or after.

I usually do half before the workout to get the nutrients available, then half after.
