It’s more a matter of the husky not wanting to crush the Shih Tzu. My parents have a Bohemian shepherd and a miniature poodle (which is too big at this point to be considered a mini anymore and he’s still growing), and he just about always tries to attack the shepherd. She just lays there and defends herself, pushing him around with her paws or her muzzle. It’s funny to watch because she’s three times as big as him and more or less regards him as a minor nuisance.
