When you feel you need to take Al on a cycle. How much and how long should i take it?
When i take it and estrogens goes down. Will it hold it down for a while or will it come up again and you still need to take Al to you are off cycle?
You dont go by feel. You do bloodwork and act accordingly.
That depends on labwork and symptoms. The HL of Anastrozole is about two days, and when itās all gone your e2 comes back up.
Best advice is to get blood work, if e2 high and you have symptoms, start with a low dose, like .25mg, after each shot. Do that for 2-3 weeks, get blood work and assess with symptoms. You should be feeling better. If not, do .5mg after each shot, rinse and repeat.
The good part is once you do this once, your next cycle at the same test dose you should already know what your AI use should be.
Absolutely do not take anything unless you have a problem. I personally ran very high levels for 3.5 years before I āneededā some help managing my E2.
Do your bloods and post then here. Ignore your testosterone ādoseā.
