What's Your Style?

try $250…lol

90% of the time im in sweats anyway
but when I look nice, i want to look nice… and i’ve been a sneaker head just cause of being around my big cousins and stuff.

its more nostalgic to me now.

C-Law is right though (ive been learning this the hardway), the girls that are interested in seeing you in the latest this that or whatever use you more as a fashion tool for themselves “The cute boyfriend accessory” more than anything else.

Looks like MacArthur went too far when he de-militarized Japan.

Since Klipemet arrived and changed my outlook on life I have modified my wardrobe significantly. I wear the pulloff sweat pants that basketball players wear incase I ever need extra leg and hip mobility for avoiding incoming RPGs or arrows (I wear UA compression shorts underneath)

I wear a Tilley LTM3 AIRFLO Hat at all times (even when sleeping and showering), a shirt with an eagle and Ronald Reagan on it shedding a tear with an American flag in the background, I carry with me at all times a rucksack with the following:

 • Iodine tablets
 • Kukri
 • Throwing Stars
 • Red Laser Pointer
 • Green Laser Pointer
 • Flare gun, 2 rounds
 • Batteries
 • Compass
 • Backup Compass
 • Backup Backup Compass
 • 3LBS of plastic explosives with detonator
 • SkyMall catalogue (because you never know when you need gravity defying dress shoes and genuine Turkish bath towels)
 • Icepick
 • Skittles

I don’t wear shoes. If I told you why, I’d compromise my identity.

Hows this a gay thread? Im just wondering what you guys wear when your not hittin the weights. Most of you guys hate Abercrombie for whatever reason.
I think most people who are actually interested in denim (not me because I’m not an emaciated 16 year old so Wranglers fit me well) and high-end clothing in general dislike Abercrombie because the designs are poor, the quality of fabric is poor, the quality of stitching is poor, the marketing is poor and the people that wear Abercrombie could only serve society by being euthanized and thrown into a giant furnace to help power homes.

There is nothing wrong with Queen. You take it back.

There is something wrong with a few songs from “stomp the yard.”

Do any of you guys wear or consider wearing “Tapout” shirts? Personally,I wouldnt. Thats like a walking billboard asking to get my ass kicked.

I wear alot of things such as:
American Eagle
Hollister
Express
Nautica
Ralph Lauren

Truth. I got a pair of those at the huge Planet Blue store for $50. Literally tried on 14 pairs of pants to find one that fit my legs. The fabric is really soft and they are by far the most comfortable pair I have.

In any event, some friendly advice… Before you spend $250 on jeans (or whatever) plug that into a 401k calculator like this one:
http://www.bloomberg.com/invest/calculators/401k.html

Sure, ya gotta enjoy yourself in the here and now… But… really… $250 jeans aren’t that much better. In fact, a friend of mine who does spend $250 on jeans recently mocked me: “You said you’ve never wear a pair of expensive designer jeans!” He was referring to my Xpress X2s.

Spend the $50 on jeans. Save the other $200.

You probably duck low on first dates too don’t ya?

I would tell you that by admitting that you were making men all across the world look bad, but then I would be admitting I looked bad, which I don’t(I’m fucking hot). But you do, in fact, make yourself look like a bitch by admitting a women decides what you wear and don’t wear, especially with that Hollister coment.

When I wear a suit, it’s Brooks Brothers. And I never wear button-down collars when wearing a suit.
Both points are dead on.

Major changes in life have always been reflected in the shops I frequent.

Structure (Express for Men) changed to Banana Republic which has now become L.L. Bean. With the exception of jeans which are Levis 569. 35 bucks and the best fit of any jeans I have bought.

Best post.

I guess i am the minority here when it comes to what i wear.

Jeans: Energie, Nudie, Dolce and Gabanna

Shirts: John Varvatos, Gucci, LV, martin margiela, energie, d and g. american apparel, h and m.

Shoes: Varvatos, LV, Sperry Topsiders (with no socks as stated before)

And to whoever said there isnt a difference between the designer stuff and the traditional mall clothing, the fit and the quality of the material is the big difference. All my designer stuff has lasted me a long time with zero problems, while my less expensive stuff ( iused to wear abercrombie back in the day) has fallen apart and fits like crap.

It’s all about the H&K man.

I’ve got some sexy shoulder-holster shots ,if you guys want, too. I know how much people around here enjoy looking at pictures of men over the internet.

I will usually wear something like this…

DB

or this…

I where whatever my mom or girlfriend buys for me. Although if it says hollister or california on it i will return it. The same goes for anything bought from abercrombie and anything with a feminine color. Im usually in workout shorts and a t-shirt/hoodie unless im working or out with my girl.

Oh that’s cute, because if my girlfriend ever gets me anything saying, from, manufactured, made with materials from, designed by people from, or even rung up at the register by a native of…that state…I’ll get a new girlfriend. Feminine colors on the other hand, seem to turn very manly when they come in contact with my skin. LOL

Uhh, I wear whatever looks good and makes sense for my identity, values, and budget. I’m wearing a conservative navy blue suit right now.

I do computer work for Goodwill. They give me 20 clothing coupons per a year, to exchange for work clothing. So I haven’t bought clothes in three and a half years, except for underwear.

I wear shirts (long or short sleeve) with khaki cargo pants and brown or black shoes. That’s what I wear to work or “going out”.

If I’m just bumming, it’s jeans and t-shirt or sweater. Old stuff, that I’ve had forever.

Oh, and for the guy that said he dresses like a ninja:

you are not alone. i wear about the same thing, but i have to throw in brands like

banana republic: they have nice button downs and their pants are comfortable, but shoes are shit.
lacoste: classic style
harry’s of london: one of the best shoes i’ve worn, for a decent price, 250$+ but worth it

there’s more, but i dont feel like getting up
