What's Your Favourite Tool!

I build engines and have two projects going on…71 Chevelle and 31 Buick…so yeah I love tools. My garage is full of them. From the simple Snap-On ratchet set to the axle pullers MIG welders, and engine hoists…
Must be a man thing. Although I can’t think of anything much sexier than a woman wanting to get dirty and greasy.

3650 hp mining truck. It’ll go 40 mph with a 400 ton payload.

Isnt this what Prof X uses to cut his steak?

Those tires would be killer for flipping!

Plasma Cutters are a thing of devine beauty. As far the constant use cannot do without tool; I think the bench vice is the universal.

While I don’t own one, I think a Bobcat with a bunch of attachments would be the shit.

Forklifts are fun too.

It’s the world’s largest earth mover.

Some stats:

~ The mover stands 311 feet tall and 705 feet long.
~ It weighs over 45,500 tons
~ Cost $100 million to build
~ Took 5 years to design and manufacture
~ 5 years to assemble.
~ Requires 5 people to operate it.
~ The Bucket Wheel is over 70 feet in diameter with 20 buckets, each of which can hold over 530 cubic feet of material.
~ A 6-foot man can stand up inside one of the buckets.
~ It moves on 12 crawlers (each is 12 feet wide, 8’ high and 46 feet long). There are 8 crawlers in front and 4 in back. It has a maximum speed of 1 mile in 3 hours (1/3 mile/hour).
~ It can remove over 76,455 cubic meters each day. (100,000 large dump trucks at 40yds. each)

They look like they’re about 10’ diameter tires. I wonder how much they weigh.

this chop saw is my favorite tool. 120cc gas engine. ridiculous.[/quote]

The chop (or hot) saw is great, it can be used for anything, wood, rebar, steel, concrete.

Along with the jackhammer are great tools, although jackhammer 8 hours a day, for a while, and you will hate it. Mindless, although if you can zone out, its not too hard as far as a day of work

Thus the Hot Saw is the king

wow, the same exact spec’s of the prof.

Hmmmm…I like a 7" pneumatic grinder (nothing can’t be taken off with that), and a 10lbs splitting maul (makes getting firewood easy)

I love zoning out while operating power tools.

So that’s why they call you “Lefty”!

No, They call me lefty cause I jerk off with my left hand, come on

(sorry I couldnt resist, even if that wasn’t directed at me)

My cordless drill would have to win hands down for convenience and most used. But the all time favorite would have to a ramset gun, along with my plain old estwing hammer, hey if it cant be fixed with a hammer it cant be fixed!

My vote goes to the Sawz-All on the first page. I have that exact one on the first page and Its my favorite brand of powertool, Milwaukee. I also this it’s the most versatile. A drill can only drill, a Sawz-All can cut almost anything in the worst spots.

I forgot about a dead-blow hammer. Those are cool.

Pushharders latest craftsmanship.

I told ya. How much more versatile can a tool get? Sorry about the typos on my previous post. I was drunk as hell last night.
