I agree. I use Fat Gripz on almost everything. Bench, Overhead Press, rows, pull ups, curls, Skull crushers, Lateral raises. They’re so awesome. Essential piece on the road to 20” arms haha

Resistance bands and a power twister

Fat Gripz paired with my resistance bands. This is something I recently discovered. Takes band workouts to the level of machine work. 3 years ago me would’ve crapped all over a band only workout but I think they have their place.

I’ve got some Grip4rce, but I don’t really love them. Sounds like I need to try Fat Gripz.
