150g Chicken
5g Fish Oil
6 Raw Eggs ( Just throw them in my shaker stir with fork and down :P)
6 jumbo egg whites and two yolks
1 cup oatmeal
large banana
Throw in a blender and then make two pancakes.
Protein drink on the side.
Really varies…
-various omelette concoctions. usually 3 eggs, then a mix of whatever cheeses and/or sausages I have laying around. just changing the type of cheese or sausage used changes the flavor quite a bit. same thing with seasoning. garlic is a nice addition in this instance.
-i’m not past having a burger with a few pieces of pepperoni and melted cheese either. no bun. top with franks red hot…or a bit of ketchup.
-4 boneless chicken tenders grilled. then cut to to strips and once again top with franks red hot and usually provolone cheese.
-baked seasonsed salmon.
-basic salad with field greens, 4 hard boiled eggs, shredded mexican cheese mix and topped with either italian or a balsalmic vinegar.
usually fruit accompanies every meal.
if its red meats i try hard to add veggies like green beans or asparagus.
that’s all i can think of at the moment.
