Copy that. My best friend was with WPNS/81’s in 1/4 during the invasion and Najaf. I ended up on a med hold and was declared non-deployable, so I transitioned from the grunts to a POG role (Admin/0111)… TDRL and eventually PDRL/Medsep’d.

My lunch for all 4 years of high school was 2 PBJs, a protein bar, and a tin of fruit.

And I looked forward to it EVERY day.

The best part about eating a PBJ is eating the next one.

I think PBJ has a bad stigma attached to it in the general fitness crowd. If I’m home, I’m going to make myself a nice breakfast of an omelette (usually veggies and turkey thrown in), oatmeal…, typical bodybuilding food, but stuff that I genuinely enjoy. When I have to eat in the car on my way to work, I would opt for a protein shake, and a PBJ, and the macros would come out pretty darn close.

I remember Arash’s shocked reaction, because it seemed sacrilegious to him that I would be using a PBJ in my personal meal plan -lol

I love eating peanut butter mixed with sugar-free syrup until it’s smooth and just about runny, and then eating it by dipping highly buttered pieces of toast into it.

I love a taco stuffed sweet potato. I could also eat old fashioned oats with chopped dates every single day.
