For me I’ve been known to lift to Bjork, Kate Havnevik, and Portishead. Sometimes this type of music allows me to focus and lift with importance/meaning instead of angry rage. Let the gay bashing begin. [/quote]

Does Bollywood music count? If so, then Bollywood music…

Music is what I listen to when I’m outside the gym. Late at night there is no one else but me, so I can stop all the fucked up music without the old ladies complain. When it’s quiet I concentrate at such great level that some people would say I’m void. I’d say the best workouts I get when I hear nothing but my breath and sometimes my heartbeat. That’s when I’m strongest.

How is Bollywood music “girly”…?! I listen to bhangra sometimes when I work out. Asides from that, I listen to the same girly music in the gym as I do away. However, I’m slightly bashful to admit I listen to a lot of 80’s.

Shit, I get laughed at for listening to Balvir Boparai and Sukhshinder Shinda but I got a hot looking ass to show for. So I don’t give a damn what anyone thinks.

A lot of eye candy for the tedious and boring cardio sessions.

when i’m doing cardio, i usually flick the ipod to Aha “take me on” and ohhhh it gets me energized lol.

I keep my ipod on shuffle while at the gym and skip the songs that arent suited for lifting, but today an enya song came on and i listened to it.I was still warming up so big deal.
