I am interested in doing a cycle that would add quality stregth and muscle without the bloat. I beleive I have reached my genetic potential, and my bodyfat and muscle mass stays the same no matter what program I am doing.
I’ve got a record of everything that has gone in my mouth for the last year, and also how many calories I burn a day. I have made more progress in the last year going from 219 lb w/ 19% to 238 with 15%, than any other year for the simple fact that I have actually kept a record and tried to end each day with a slight caloric surplus.
I do cycle how much of a caloric surplus, for example, In a Hypertrophy phase - +500 surplus, Strength +300, Power +150 surplus. I’ve got as much bulk as I want for the present time and am not interested in bloating up, but would like to lean out more and make a steady increase in lean muscle tissue.
I’ve never used steroids, but am at the sticking point of my genetic potential.
if you are trying to lean out I would not be in a hypercaloric state, you should drop around 500cal from your maintaince cals and you will start to see a difference. You will NOT lean out with a caloric surplus…
my favorite cycle that I have seen is
test prop 75mg/ed
tren ace 50mg/ed
dianabol 10mg 4xday
ran for 6 weeks with proper AI and a serm pct good shorty gains come quick lots of strength and if you eat right you wont loose much strength and stay off for 6-8 weeks and go back again maybe 3 times or so.
BTW thats stay off for 6-8 weeks after your pct co clean from everything 6 weeks gives your body time to calm down a bit IMO.
the androgel wont do as well as injectable, your skin kind of stops absorbing it after a while but its better than nothing
the var is actually a mild steroid and I really have no experience with it.
the hcg is good to have no mater what you come up with.

I agree with you. I’ve lost some bodyfat and gained muscle using this method, but my food log could be off 50-100 calories a day, which could put me in a slight deficit.

Just a quick observation: If you’ve gained 19 lbs in the last year, while cutting, it doesn’t sound like you’re at your genetic limit. But you can still do a cycle…genetic limits aren’t as rigit as people make them seem sometimes.
